*Biya Must one day Pay Dearly; Post Reunification Scandal Victims Cry Loud
-Revisiting 20th 2014Reunification Scandals; Why NW Fons were Chased, Fru Ndi Denied Audience
News about the horrible treatment reserved the SDF chieftain Ni John Fru Ndi and the hand picked North West Fons reaching North West Region has since 20th February 2014 coming from Buea the Regional Capital of the South West Region sparked a whole lot of wander, dismay and disgust amongst North Westerners, not counting the number of lips left wagging in appreciation of why such a poor reservation to the custodians of North West Tradition by both, their December 10, 2010 crowned Fon of Fons in Bamenda and the South West organizing committee of the reunifications who are alleged to have embezzled half of the amount mobilized for celebration.
Demand very strongly and out rightly for an open apology, explanations from the Head of State President Paul Biya on why a monument was not erected for Foncha and Ahidjo architects of Cameroon Reunification in 1961, why their request for audience was turned down after keeping them waiting for hours under biting cold and scourging heat for preference only to be given to South West Chiefs later.
With the SDF chieftain and the said North West Fons now likened to post reunification scandal victims still to accommodate the mess as they regret aloud “South Westerners hijacked the Reunification celebration”, the North West populaces together with Southern Cameroonian Liberation Activists question what took them to Buea? Before ever being subjected to such a pauper treatment when they knew very well that Biya was acting illegally to legalize a fact which is not founded under Cameroon’s History “a beggarly outing of cause! Many exclaim.
As they leak their respective wounds some if not everybody in the Region is cursing them for disgracing Grass fielders because of “gombo” which was not finally gotten even going through all the odds.
What a big disgrace and shame? Many murmur saying it is the uncontrollable appetite for money that has landed them to such a big scandal. For Biya to keep the Fons for over four hours and later turn down their request without giving them a dime is humiliating as a good number of the Fons who were leaning on what was to come from his mallet almost trekked back to Bamenda others held to pay Hotel bills forcefully.
This action from the Head of State Paul Biya which does not truly resemble him was motivated from a canon of facts as this Reporter gathered in Buea from sources closer to the Civil Cabinet and Presidential Security Unit.
Biya tired and feed up with the trillions of complains coming left and right about North West Fons, their Union which is no longer credible, the great Division in their midst and the fact that the Union is now managed by hand picked quarter heads and clandestine chiefs decided to turn down the audience.
A continues division amongst the North West Fons and South West Chiefs as it is further magnified by the discord planted by reunification, will fasten Biya’s grip and derail Southern Cameroonians from the original course, which is liberation.
News reaching the cabinet, was also that the said Fons were already quarrelling on the amount Biya was to give them, how it will be shared and percentages one was to spare before being accredited.
The caricature gift without legs painted in a funny color which does not reflect the grass field, which was offered to Biya, accompanied with lies that it was made out of materials (pillars) gathered from the Seven Divisions that make up the North West Region greatly vexed Biya.
Another questionable fact is that the Civil cabinet was bribed by other big Fons not to dare grant asses to the not well constituted delegation of Fons representing the Region because their motive was money and nothing else.
Biya in the South West wanted to remain focused and not to be derailed by wayward and Malicious North Westerners who were surely carrying their funny memos as usual to give him head ache for nothing.
Finally Biya snubbed and ridiculed North Fons because it was now time for all favors to be tilted to the South West and needed no proposals from them, with Fru Ndi already in their dragnet.
In all the displeased masses not very much at their best with what happened for a few who went and disgraced the whole North West call on credible Fons of the Region to pass a sanction vote on wayward and recalcitrant Fons or should not be embarrassed with the new bill that will be promoted for Fons to be elected.
As Biya left South West in no better situation, with Chiefs dissociating themselves from the South West Chiefs Union (most especially Fako Chiefs) claiming that bigger chiefs hijacked the ceremony and subjected them to crumbs.
Fon Angwfor of Makon First Vice National Chairman of the CPDM cum one of the architects of reunification, being very observant and seeing no head way for Southern Cameroon call on all Cameroonian to be focused and not to be derail with errors of the past. Because those errors were not made by Biya and should or must be corrected by Biya, every leader has an agenda that marches with a vision.
Biya as a philosopher King with all the forces that be following normal occurrences and realities in play for the political stability of Cameroon, her welfare peace and unity chose to march forward in accomplishment of his vision 2035 not revisiting things of the past which are not too relevant. So Cameroonian should forget about the past, talk of today and plan for tomorrow.

all about 2013 Municipal and Legislative Elections in the North West Region of Cameroon
*How Fallen Mayors are still gnashing their teeth and Leaking Wounds in Desperation wandering if really they have fallen short of their ambition to renew mandate using the same unorthodox means that brought them in 2007
“Shock, the Biggest Shock” a dozen of Mayors around the Country who are still gnashing their teeth’s about the surprising results of the Polls after heavy investments on the investitures and marabous call them better still jazz men have gathered and yet to accommodate.
It is surprising and of course very arching to note that with all the assurances and clinging on the same diabolic forces or powers that brought them into Council in 2007 their contracts with the Councils has been terminated abruptly by the impossible God irrespective of the amount of money sprayed to back pedal the natural rule of law and order to restitute and rescue the crying masses from the satanic hands of thieving and Council indebting Mayors.
The advent of these Mayors which has been associated to all type of wrongs, needed just Divine intervention for them to be booted out, as these well over 360 Mayors spend time swelling bank accounts through obnoxious and unscrupulous financial transactions to buy back the Mayoral seat after exhaustion.
“Time out” as God will have it says the masses to seat tide Mayors “was it their fathers house, to hell with their black magic, most of them will pick papers because all they worked for has been given back to the devil and are left with nothing, judgment time is certainly around”.
This is unbelievable but, nothing far from the truth that the regime of black magic Mayors has been toppled by trust worthy and reliable Cameroonians who are coming to absorb the shocks of Council stationed in debts to rescue her from a financial wreck now that government is seeing more reasons to invest in local Councils by pumping well over 5 billion.
The war between the in comers and flushed Mayors has not been easy, in the North West Region in particular, even before elections the issue of list leaders almost marred elections pushing actors to go advising that attention then, was to first of all win elections and not who becomes Mayor when victory is not yet at hand.
This played favorably for good results in the last Municipal race, just for the results to be proclaimed and stage set for the battle into Council, where Mayors with swollen bank accounts all over the years come to bribe the investiture with chunks of millions to re-impose candidature.
In Ndop,
Mbombo Abel the Banker, a retired standard Chartered Accountant victoriously survived the riding forces of a feminine hand, very strong of course in the CPDM Party Cecilia Ndi and a Masculine one of Kwenui Joseph alias “Pa Dollar”, Mbappa and Ntoh Daniel. He is finally the recognized Mayor of Ndop Council after all the controversy that surrounded bids of runners up the Council seat at the investiture within the Central Committee. He, being the victor is subjected to a tornado of witch hunting from rivals and pee reasons why he has not been very healthy from the day he was proclaimed Mayor of Ndop Council. Reliable Sources also holds that rivals have gone as far as to Aba Land in Nigeria for him to be eliminated even if just for the thrown to remain vacant for a day.
In Nkambe,
Ngabi Paul is the New CPDM who thanks to the formidable force put up by Gerald Ngala, Shey Jones and Shey Nfor Musa, kicked out Mayor Mangoh, and Awudu Mbaya’s SDF that has held the Council captive for well over 16 years.
In Mesaje,
Sammy Ngwatam the treasurer is the new Mayor to rescue the council from the miserable hands of a tide feasted Mayor Nkenda Simon a teacher whose operations in the Council were purely self centered for the past six years.
In Tubah,
Tanjong Martin is finally the Mayor of Tubah Council after a long struggle reaching out to own turn of the gentleman agreement within the SDF ranks in the Municipality. Prof Abety now in trouble, who would have loved a Bambui Man to become Mayor of Tubah Council to his brother Tanjong who may cause his arrest for half realized and abandoned government contracts in the Municipality.
In Bamenda I,
Ma Mary from the Regional Delegation of Women Empowerment Bamenda of Ndumu Vincent, not Atanga Nji’s Paul is the Mayor of Bamenda I after all the tussle of who holds honor for the challenge of the SDF Party by the CPDM in Bamendakwe.
In Santa; Khan El Roy Moses the retired paymaster general, prophet pastor overseer of the Synagogue House of Prayer Bamenda, father to all the widows in the North West, is the new Mayor of SANTA Council. Thanks to him the CPDM conquered the SDF that has been very strong in Senator Achidi Achu’s Political base. Hear him at installation “why a Man of God as a Mayor? Leaders are chosen by God, I have a mission and a vision which is to manage the Santa Council with the fear of God, thank God today I a Mayor to fulfill God’s work for the Santa People. It is on this note that I also call on other Politician to join Politic so that through the polls we can win and become elected to bring the much needed change Cameroon wants”.
Caroline Bi Bongwa Catapulted Mayor of Bamenda I
She already has a record as the first ever female mayor in Mezam and would also be celebrated as one of the two CPDM female mayors of the North West Region. She was elected by 31 out of the 31 councilors that make up the deliberative organ of the Bamenda I council. For the first time, the destiny of the people of Bamendakwe lies in the hands of the CPDM and a woman for that matter. Even though the Bamenda City Council Government Delegate Vincent Ndumu Nji hails from Bamendakwe, which may make the Bamenda II council a chouchou to the Bamenda City council, Minister Atanga Nji contribution to the success of the CPDM are not doubted. His triumphant entry to Bamenda I on horse back to celebrate a victory clearly indicates the truism in the political act that gave CPDM the victory. However, Atembang Paul who many saw as the best man of the hour humbled himself to gain the prestigious position of kingmaker. With Caroline Bi Bongwa dusk has settled on the controversy surrounding the selection of mayor and the clannish tendencies that had reached it peak in Bamenda I council area. As Caroline Bi Bongwa puts it, she would work for the interest of the population in order to leave a mark of greatness for the CPDM to show.
Bamenda II: Trusted
Balick Awah Fidelis is the incumbent mayor and was once again trusted the crown of mayor of Bamenda II. Balick awa stood unchallenged as he succeeded self at the helm of the Bamenda II council. Even though pundits were speculating as to whether Benjamin Fru Ndi would challenge him, it came to past that the argumentative mayor staged a comeback without any difficulties because of giant achievement over that Council, most especially the imposing multi-complex Council chamber one in the North West which is the talk of the day in Bamenda and Cameroon. The movement for the restoration of Mankon nationhood must have been shocked given that Balick enjoys the blessings of Ni John Fru Ndi and the Paramount Fon of Mankon though CPDM given his trappings as mayor. He got 27votes out of 31(3 null and 1 against) to slam a crushing win to meet the same worries such as the distribution of revenue from markets around Bamenda, management of parks etc.
Bamenda III: Fonguh Cletus Gets Own Mandate
Fonguh Cletus succeeded late Prince Amandou Pius as mayor of Bamenda III after the later kicked the bucket. Pundits predicted that Fonguh’s chances of becoming mayor were on the balance following his managerial savvy. Yet it came to past that he finally picked the crown of mayorship given that he enjoys the blessing of the Fon of Nkwen and that of the investiture given his achievements. Expectations are high as to whether his orientation will revolutionize to measure late Prince Amandou’s level.
Bafut: Langsi Abel Breaks Myth
Langsi Abel is the sitting mayor and he recently demystified the notion that “no one has ever succeeded himself as mayor of Bafut”. Before September 16, 2013 public opinion in Bafut placed him high. And on polling day, just picked got the needed support to succeed self at the helm of Bafut council. Langsi Abel remains a masterpiece when it comes to transparent management. Mayor Langsi was fabulous installed on the 30th of November 2013
Bali: Ajong Augustine Enters into Nwanyalla’s Shoes
He is the new mayor of Bali council. He is the section President and was voted unchallenged even though others who had earlier manifested their interest ended up devastated given that party hierarchy could not favour them. With Raymond Nwanyalla now history, the new man to pilot the affairs of the Bali council is Ajong Augustine.
Bui Division Kumbo: Njong Donatus Earns Fourth Mandate
It once seemed like Njong Donatus Fonyuy wouldn’t be mayor for life but earlier last week, councilors of the Kumbo council gave him another mandate. It wasn’t a surprise that he was again voted mayor of Kumbo for another term. Njong Donatus Fonyuy, the no-nonsense mayor of Kumbo council has again won but this time he was challenged even though many thought his bid could not be challenged. It came to past that Njong’s challenger had 8 votes. He has been there for close to 17 years and he is being celebrated for his numerous achievements. After all, Njong remains the most talk-about mayor in the North West Region.
Nkor: Wache Francis Wins Big
With Shey Kume the CPDM incumbent mayor being booted out alongside the CPDM in Noni sub division by the SDF, Fonyuy Francis Wache was elected mayor of Nkor council. Wache’s experiences as a perfect journalist coupled with his know-how at CEFAM are an asset for the municipality. Francis Wache was voted in a highly contested election. With Francis Wache heading the Nkor council pundits say the CPDM may likely sink into the doldrums in PM Yang’s constituency.
Elak-Oku: Ngum Jerome Creates the Unexpected
He is a force to reckon with given his aptitude in handling administrative, developmental and financial matters. It is also his development prowess that pushed the councilors of Oku to place their trust in him by giving him a second mandate. The mayor in office in Elak-Oku council, Ngum Jerome has set the pace through his achievements. Allegedly three contenders were waxing to face Ngum Jerome in the race including his second deputy mayor yet the councilors demonstrated their loyalty in him to vote out the newcomer. In Oku, the CPDM machinery was hooked when they wanted to impose and impostor as mayor. Allegedly, majority of the councilors threatened to walk over to the SDF if their choice will not be accepted.
Jakiri: Jaff Romanus Makes Spectacular Comeback
With the America wander talkative CPDM mayor of Jakiri Shang Lawrence haven been vomited out in Jakiri, Jaff Romanus, the one time dynamic SDF mayor is the name on every lip. Jaff Romanus commonly known as “Roman” by the populace was voted by acclamation on Thursday September 17, amidst joy and fanfare. This workaholic former mayor who is a professional pig farmer, a development oriented giant and man-of-the people took over the council keys from the man he handed the same keys to in 2007. Jaff Romanus’s spectacular comeback into Jakiri council attracted hundreds to be witnesses to the beginning of a new way for the people of Jakiri. It was the dynamic Nsekie Theophile, SDO for Bui who thrilled the over 1000 man-crowd with African proverbs before prescribing peace and development to the mayor elect.
Nkum: Suila Aruna Kidze Stages Own Jumpstart
Formerly, Suila Aruna Kidze was one of the deputy mayors in Nkum council. He created the unexpected when he was voted to enter into the shoes of his former boss. He has been turning round the corridors of power for the past 17 years, patient dog-like, he has at last been handed the fattest borne. Expectations are high that his experience in the council will be an asset as he takes over the management of the council. The most interesting thing about Aruna is that he is soft-spoken but very intelligent when it comes to introducing new orientations. But since development is not an item that has been hanged, Aruna will have to demonstrate his worth as a graduate. Even though his candidature for mayor was challenged, Suila Aruna won brilliantly.
Mbiame: Fonyuy Fidelis Dictates Own Law
He is the incumbent mayor and was again given the unflinching support to head the Mbiame council for a second mandate. He created the unexpected when first rejected his nomination by arguing that some councilors lately accused him of being an absentee landlord. On bended knees, the councilors begged him and he used the opportunity to impose his own deputies. The councilors accepted his choice of deputies and his team was voted by acclamation. One thing is clear that Fonyuy Fidelis will continue to administer the Mbiame council by proxy but the difference will be that he has competent deputies, thus prospects of succeed are high.
Momo Division
Andek: Awetua Samuel to Surface as Mayor
With the absence of the incumbent CPDM Aghogo Johnny not featuring on the list of councilors, Awutia Samuel has surfaced as the mayor of Andek. Even though many say he is a newcomer, popular opinion says he is a system’s man and has the capacity to instill development efforts in Andek. Considering the controversy that surrounded the Andek council, Awutia Samuel is expected to instill hope and fosterdevelopment efforts to gain more popularity in that municipality.
Mbengwi: Mbamuku Nduku Beatrice Gets Ama’s Pass Note
She is a woman of substance they say reasons why she was on September 16 catapulted enter history books as the first female mayor in Momo Division. Even though many thought Sanji Joseph was also a viable candidate for the job, Mbamuku Nduku Beatrice caught the admiration of councilors given the talent she embodies. As such, allegedly, she enjoyed the Ama Muna support which is an asset for her to go places as mayor.
Mayor Batibo; Tanjuh Frederick Emerges Strongest
Tanjuh Frederick is not a man to pigeon-hole with given that he proved his worth when Tenoh Lawrence was wrapped in the communal stamp saga. Even though Frederick challenged councilor Weriwum who was invested by the party, Tanjuh Fred got the support of majority of the councilors to be voted mayor. More so, he has the backing of the population given that he was very worthy when Tenoh was napped in the communal stamp scandal. Tanjuh Fred has been the first deputy mayor for Batibo and has demonstrated his strength and leadership qualities. He enjoys the support from the youth and is likely going to be a good mayor given that he had proven his worth when the mayor was napped in the stamp saga.
Babessi: Chah Isah Buba Bounces Back in CPDM Colours
He was the pioneer SDF mayor Babessi council and since a good player never lacks a team, he resurfaced as the head of the CPDM council list for Babessi. Given his achievements as the first mayor of this municipality, he was on September 16, 2013 voted to head the Babessi council for the second time. Popular opinion in Babessi holds that he is the right man in the right place given his trappings as mayor. He left an indelible mark of greatness when he constructed the council chamber with funds collected locally. It is for this reason that he was again elected to head the council.
Balikumbat: Wasum Augustine Unbending Pillar He is the incumbent CPDM mayor. Seemingly Awasum had no serious challenger and was 85% sure to succeed self as mayor of Balikumbat for a second mandate. Wasum Augustine emerged victorious again to be the frontliner to oversee development efforts in Balikumbat. This educationist enjoys the support of a greater number of councilors given that he has a soft-spot for development and has been doing it. He is the man of the moment in Balikumbat.
Menchum: Wum: Dinghabong Anthony Enters Njukwe Charles Shoes He is the YCPDM Section President and head of the council list. He is the youngest Mayor so far in the whole Republic with skills and abilities to speed up the development of Wun. This is sourced from the prolific way he has been managing the youth Section of that locality. Being very ambitious and was almost voted once as the National youth Section President leaves much in await from him and his marching forward spirit.
Zhoa:Tem Peter to Succeed Ateh Jonas
Tem Peter is a business man and a man of the people given his involvement in Credit Union activities. He is a force to reckon with when it comes to developmental issues and he is the mayor elect for Zhoa council. Even though he had four contenders, the reason that majority of them are non-residence in Fungom gave him an upper hand. However, Akein Donatus alias Menchum, is another futurist who will work hand in hand with the mayor elect.
Benakuma: Nnum Ihimbru Elias is the new mayor of Benakuma a part time lecturer at the University of Bamenda. He happens to be the people’s choice Mayor; he picks the crown from the former who had grown notorious to the dislike of councilors and even the public. Haven’t been Essimbi youth Association’s president, and being a pragmatist in character, actions and not words will surely be his watch words. Nnum naturally is loved for being calm, level Headed, honest and transparent in all he does. Being a “book man”, currently on his PHD thesis, the Council and the people of that Municipality should be proud of having a genuine intellectual at the Head of the Council Presidency. Bravo & good Luck into your Function Mr Lord Mayor
Boyo Division Belo: Tosam Beranard Maintains Statuesquo
His reelection was not a surprise given that Tosam Bernard has a bulk of experience in council issues given his long stay as SDF mayor for Belo. He succeeded self at the helm of Belo Council. He was again confirmed as the landlord to complete the numerous development programs he started. Tossam in Belo is the people’s National anthem, a Modern Council Chamber they are celebrating joyously inside, road network infrastructures, water etc
Njinikom: Chah Terrence Springs Surprises He is popular and well known in his municipality as Terry Boy. He was voted on September 16 to enter into the shoes Chiato Njinikom messiah wore who did not feature on the council list. Chah Terrence may not be known in far off places but in Njinikom, he is being likened to Farfre in Mayor of Casterbridge given that he has development thoroughness that is rare in many politicians. Given his leadership qualities and his workaholic nature, he was preferred by the investiture of the SDF party. Terence’s works at Progressive comprehensive High School Bamenda may be accountable for the recognition vested on him by the people of Njinikom.
Fundong: Ndang Denis the Fore Runner He is a diehard CPDM militant and has been very consistent in molding the CPDM party in Fundong. Ndang Denis is the man in-charge of fostering all efforts in the municipality as mayor. His leadership qualities can never be pigeon-hole with. He is surely going to make the difference.
Fonfuka: Gwei Philip on Wanlo’s Seat He was formerly the 1st Deputy Mayor to Senator Wanlo John when he was mayor of Fonfuka. Gwei Philip is a man who has already proven his worth in council management. He has been handed the baton to ensure the development of the people of Bum sub division.
Donga Mantung:
Nwa: At Last Dr. Ngomfe Loma David Validates Own Mandate
Dr. Ngomfe Loma David was the incumbent CPDM mayor and hails from Mfumte area. He was voted unchallenged as the mayor of Nwa council. His trappings as mayors have been laudable yet face a lot of challenges from within for uncorrected lots. At last Dr. Ngomfe Loma David was trusted and handed a full term mandate given that he took over the mayorship of Nwa after the demise of Yakabong Paul. Pundits had feared that what transpired in July 2007 in Nwa may repeat self in Nwa yet it came to past that councilors of Nwa council reaffirmed their trust in the incumbent mayor.
Misaje-Mbgata Sammy Replaces Nkenda Simon
Sammy Mbgatta Nforkemba is the CPDM section President and he is the mayor elect of Misaje council. He replaces Nkenda Simon as the mayor of Misaje. This former Municipal Treasurer for Belo and Nkambe councils hails from Bebekette. Even though the Mbessa conclave gave Nkenda the much needed support, the councilors of Misaje council backed Sammy Mbgatta who also benefitted from the largess of the Central Committee of the CPDM. Sammy equally during this period enjoys the support of Minister Fuh Calistus and other local party officials. He is a community mobilizer and has God given charm that makes a good leader. Given his experience in council management systems, Sammy is expected to move mountains in fostering development efforts in that municipality.
Nkambe-Ngabir Paul Bantar Enters Mangoh’s Shoes
With the SDF haven been bundled out obnoxiously, elections of the next mayor of Nkambe council was highly expected to produce the person with capabilities who will enter into Mangoh’s shoes. He is the Section President and hails from Nkambe village. His being there as Section President is not by luck or error but by merit. However, it is Ngabir Paul planted the CPDM in Nkambe given his thoroughness he exercised. Ngabir Paul will certainly make a good mayor given that he is jam-packed with experiences in project writing and his legacies at the helm of CamCCUL and BAPCCUL speaks volume. Ngabir Paul is one of those who have sacrificed a lot for the party to grow. Even though four others had shown interest in the mayoral position, Ngabir Paul Bantar emerged as the favourite for the position.
Ako: Akio Augustine Springs Back
Having beaten the CPDM, the SDF will run the Ako council for the next five years except otherwise. However, in Ako seemingly three contenders have expressed their intentions for the position of mayor. Akio Augustine Abe is former mayor and hails from extreme lower Mbembe. Implicitly, he was voted unchallenged as the new mayor of Ako council given that enjoys the support of other SDF elite politicians of Donga Mantung Division. He is credited for purchasing a council hilux, a truck and constructed the Ako grandstand which for six the CPDM run council helped to destroy in just six years.
Ndu: Bunyui Emmanuel for the Blues
Eight contenders are said to have submitted applications for the mayoral position in Ndu council. However, David Karngong Nfor the incumbent was not favoured even though no doubts have been casted whether he performed well or not but surely was barred due to his age which many think he has to retire. His trappings at the helm of Ndu council have attracted a lot of admirations that earned him numerous awards.
However, Bunyui Emmanuel was voted mayor while Martin Fon Yembe was voted 1st deputy mayor. Indicators abound that the mayor is working in close collaborations with his deputies. The mayoral position of Ndu seemingly paddles within one cycle given that DK Nfor took over the Ndu council from Late Pa Bunyui Jonathan. Coincidently, DK Nfor is married to the junior sister of late Pa Bunyui. It should be noted that the new mayor of Ndu is the son of the late Bunyui Jonathan (the late workaholic mayor of Ndu). Besides, he is also a retired educationist whose community endeavours could easily be diagnosed through the Wowo Community College and how he interacts with others.
Tubah; Rule of Law Reinstated Mayor Tanjong Installed, Differences Buried for Dev’t
Mayor Tanjong Martin Installed at Last inside Tide Security
Amidst all the stationed threats and amplified contradicting propaganda, sprang wild around Tubah Municipalities by rustics and town criers fined tuned by holders of gullible and misleading instincts.
Coming from a free, fair and a transparent Election of Mayors on the 16 of October 2013 all over the Republic in the well over 400 Councils areas with handing over seeing effect on the spot, Tubah Council like many other Councils witnessed one but results were later contradicted with pretext that respectively they were invested and tactfully voted out by Councilors.
Which to them was violation of decisions taken by Party hierarchy? The situation was made worst or exacerbated where Party hierarchy had to step in out rightly to declare baseless the sanctioned votes passed on their candidate Mayors, I am here making reference with precision to the Tuah Council’s Case where after free and transparent elections where well over 26 councilors out of 35 passed their sanctioned vote on the out gone Mayor, Ni John Fru Ndi National Chairman of the SDF came in on invitation by unhappy Bambui youths who took to the street in disorder that their invested Mayor from Bambui who gave the SDF the much needed victory in the Municipality was technically voted out.
Fru Ndi at the scene fanned flames of the situation, denying all the decisions of the ballot saying they were baseless and cannot be above decisions taken by the highly constituted able body of his investiture.
Making things very complex and worst for the Administration who saw the rule of law and order heavily tampered with, for an elected official Tanjong Martin to be elected under free, fair and normal conditions and is denied installation for one or two flimsy reasons.
Basing consideration on rules and regulations governing elections in Cameroon that were well applied during the election of Mayor Tanjong Martin the Administration on no note hesitated further to have the New Mayor of Tubah Council installed amidst tied security with the people accepting to burry their differences and work for the Development of Tubah.
Enters the Mayor Palaver & how investiture was tricked by Mayor Tanjong and Fellow
“How Tanjong seized power” Mayor Tanjong Martin and fellows, knowing fully well that it was a Bambili Man’s turn to be Mayor following the rotating rule of Mayoral attributions in the Council area made up of Four villages and knowing fully well that the investiture as usual very bias will invest another person with special considerations to favors, switched on to his ever unhappy councilors from whom he saw favor and support. Which he masterminded until Election Day and even during the Pre-session held by the representative of the investiture Hon Nchida Forbi Simon where no signs could be deciphered of a plot to sanction the decision of the investiture through a counter nomination for elections to prove the hierarchy of the SDF Party wrong.
Making it through the ballot Mayor Tanjong Martin and fellow out smarted rivals who had now to cling on unfounded bases for support.
THE BRAZEN FALSIFICATION OF HISTORICAL DATES IN CAMEROON S BUEA REUNIFICATION CELEBRATION
20/02/2014
THE BRAZEN FALSIFICATION OF HISTORICAL DATES
The Republic of Cameroon has persistently falsified the historical dates of Southern Cameroons. Specifically, the 11th February and 1st October are the casualties.
Two techniques were employed in the falsification exercise. The first maintained the date, but substituted the event, the example of which is the 11th February plebiscites, replaced with an irrelevant Youth Day.
Meanwhile, the second technique suppressed both the date and its related event, the example of which is 1st October.
The 1st October date has been lying in obscurity for half a century, until the impulsion of circumstance, when President Biya referred to it at their independence Jubilee on 1st Janauary 2010.
The importance of correctly matching events to their historical dates cannot be overemphasized. It has the advantage of giving political weight to the related state.
Moreover, it also establishes the counter-balance of “equal status” to other independent states, regardless of whatever territorial, demographic and economic disparities.
Conversely, the misplacement of dates and events plunges the disadvantaged state into a psychologically subordinate relationship, which over time leads to Annexation.
As we shall demonstrate, the goal of the Republic of Cameroon right from inception was undoubtedly to annex the state of Southern Cameroon. This was to be achieved by tactically manipulating her historical dates and events, irrespective of the reality of a separate independence,
The phraseology of the Plebiscite Question of “Do you wish to achieve independence by joining” whomever, prioritized acceding to independence as the precursor of the joining, without which there would be no such eventuality.
Thus the affirmative Plebiscite vote represented ipsofacto the quassi achievement of independence, pending only the endorsement of the decision of the people by the competent UN Organ.
Subsequent to the resounding UN approval are three pieces of further evidence, which guided the consolidation of the independence?
Firstly, there is the UN provision in Resolution 1608 for a post plebiscite international conference, which would have been inappropriate, except to deal with the challenge of federalizing independent states.
Secondly, the existence of the UN-ordained neutral name of Federal united Cameroon Republic is indicative of an envisaged post-independence federalization of the two Republics of Southern Cameroon and the Republic of Cameroon.
Thirdly, the UN designation of the 1st October independence date, which the population effectively consummated, marked the complete fulfillment of the impendence process of Southern Cameroons.
In light of the foregoing we, conclude that whatever gymnastics the Republic of Cameroon has played could not alter our historical dates, nor diminish our status of a fully independence state, only seeking sovereign recognition.

THE DECEPTIVENESS OF REUNIFICATION
After listening to many comments on reunification it is clear that both the general public and the intelligentsia alike are grossly uninformed of the meaning of terminology.
May it be understood once and for all that reunification is not the colloquial joining of political entities that joining is by federalism.
The example is the UN – framed appellation of federal united Cameroon Republic for the envisaged new joint Country
It is also the reason the Republic of Cameroon under their first Republic adopted the prefix of “Federal”, to arrive at the Federal Republic of Cameroon.
The pseudo Federation was not the initial UN-proposed constitutive model, but a watered-down version. Yet, it underscored the concept of federalism as the modus operandi of joining Independent states.
It follows that there was never a historical reunification, on the foundation of which the purported Buea Jubilee could have obtained credence.
The Buea Jubilee is nothing more than a gigantic deception, designed as usual to facilitate maintaining the stranglehold of annexation on the state of Southern Cameroons.
Apart from the inexistence of a historical basis, Reunification is eternally inapplicable to the relationship between the two countries. Intrinsically, the phenomenon is contradictory, incompatible, and mutually exclusive with every situation of separate independences.
That is to say there can never be a reunification without a prior joint independence, wherein is inherent the unification phase of a single Independence coin.
Independence unifies the constituents of a polity to obtain the abstract noun of unification, from which reunification might proceed, in the same way that a prior “application” is required as the precursor of any “ re-application”.
With unification inherently the opposite side of any given Independence and is, therefore, internal to each state, and not an international affaire, the two separately Independent Countries, can never share either unification or reunification.
However, it is not categorical that every instance of unification would result in reunification. It only occurs when an Independent state breaks up as a result of either a civil war or external aggression.
In essence, the break down of an Independent state signifies the fracture of its unification phase. It is the occasion of the two or more parts returning to their initial oneness that would constitute a supreme act of reunification.
In contemporary times, the 1990 reunification of Germany, symbolized by the demolition of the infamous Berlin Wall, is the most recent case in point. The unified Germany was broken up in the aftermath of World War II.
May it be made abundantly clear that even if the two Cameroons went to war against each other and later returned together, they would never enjoy reunification
The returning into the original oneness would maintain the initial distinctiveness of the respective states, for a re-federalization and not a reunification.
Federalism, which results from uniting Independent states, is dramatically different from reunification, proceeding from the verb of having once been a unified state through a joint Independence.
In conclusion, there was never, and shall never be an authentic reunification between the two Cameroons. Therefore, the recent Buea affaire is a tourist venture permissible to anybody, who wishes to enjoy the best panoramic scenery in Africa.
If President Biya thinks he can still use it to becloud the vision of the People of Southern Cameroons, he has it all wrong. That time has long past, and we will halt at nothing short of a separate sovereign state.
The successive regimes of the Francophone state should have thought twice before attempting in 53 years to asphyxiate a UN-authorized Independent state in contemporary times.
