Cameroon: “2018 Precipitated Presidential Call For Biya Basically of No USE” Foretelling End Time & Pending Doom: Biya’s Days Numbered at Etoudi

“Biya’s corrupt disciples should stop wasting their time on the countless calls all over the Republic for Precipitated 2018 Presidential Election with him as their unique and natural candidate because end time signals are at the corner”

Great Nigerian and Cameroonian Prophets\Pastors have said so. Today, this Reporter Journalist comes in to look at the END Time signals from a more analytical perspective.

Based on the natural look of things and circumstances, those are bound in Cameroon, the person President Paul Biya, and God’s own purpose or timing in his life, END Time is at the corner with a pending doom.

The said shrewd and dexterous political leader or figure, in the political history of Cameroon, at 84 you will bear with me or not deny the fact that he has exhausted and accomplished to an extend the political mission for which he was assigned for Cameroonians by God. Reasons why a well deserved honour requires that he should retire and have a quiet rest, which obviously is what Biya should be looking forward after not the hypocritical calls that are hipped left and right by old fashioned and corrupt ailing Ministers\politicians who want his continues stay in power to cover their embezzlement scandals.

Thirty three (33) years just like Christ days of stewardship on earth, Biya has staged managed all type of programs, projects concepts and ideas with the aid of his corrupt disciples to reign supreme and remained astutely venerated.

Rigor to moralization, national unity and integration, vulgarization of the economy, mechanization of agriculture, creation of youth employment, social security and welfare, the fight against corruption to making Cameroon emerge by 2035 through an industrialized nation that is embracing western evolving techniques inter-alia are all the fineries of the regime that at least scores Biya a shot for brilliant and not workable ideas as efforts has seen no effect in the normal lives of Cameroonians who fly out daily in desperation and frustration.

Their forward emergency plan for a nation that has suffered and is still living economic hardship, presently subject to insecurity crisis exacerbated by the terrorist acts of the Boko Haram, had taken Cameroon to some where in the Horizon of other ever growing nations whose leaders have the people’s interest at heart.

Today with all almost said and done, with practically no head way forward, with an obviously handicapped democratic process, all, I really mean it, “is certainly moving to an end or to a crash”.

Buying to the opinion of any right analytical thinking mind, “a battery subjected to several charges or operation charging systems for it to keep functioning, (better still playing for time in the name of life sustenance) is bound to crumble without signal or an alert”. The case of Michael Jackson (who went by plastic surgery to remain permanently young and had to shrink off to death unfortunately at the least unexpected moment) is very obvious. Cameroon’s situation is moving towards that same direction because her system has been subject to several recycling mechanism up to an extend that the centre can no longer hold. It should not also surprise you when you see Biya’s old ailing Ministers\politicians, I will not go mentioning their names who are worn out in politics still power hungry, keep passing and styled young and strong in the Cameroonian political scene to move the country ahead, because it part of the polluted system.

 

It is also not surprising to hear them say “we are old but not tired and not old fashion, Biya is old but not tired, he remains our natural President” reasons why you hear of  the wild calls all over the Republic asking for Biya to stand for the 2018 precipitated elections in Cameroon.

“Bundle of dishonest old men in fashion who have sold their reasoning consciences to the greed to maintain grip to power in order not to be exposed of multiple embezzlement scandal or judged by posterity”  

“God has the final say whether they like it or not, all must one day come to an end and very soon” says great advocates for change and why not a smooth transition, because it must come to pass.

The present situation and the future is one no great sudsier can best predict, but following the ordinance of the fountain wheel, it has turned until it is moving to its miserable end. “EVERY BEGINNING HAS AN END! SO WHY GET FRIGHTENED AT THE MENTION OF THE END”

Tension, Suspicions & Confusion Looms within the Military: Eve to Gen.Tumenta’s Burial who Killed Body Guard, the Flag Bearer, Girl Friend & other Very Important Close Aid? * Wife’s Life & That of the Cook Seriously in Danger

*Why it is High Time Biya Checks Cameroon’s Internal Security or Expect the Worst

Recent happenings within the military head quarters has proven that the fate of insecurity in Cameroon lies in the hands of some few sell outs within the military who for selfish interest has injected confusion and misunderstanding in order to rupture Biya’s regime if serious note is not taken. The sudden and mysterious death of General Tumenta and his Body guard together with terrible sensitive information filtered out of the Presidency affixes much on Cameroon’s military internal weakness orchestrated by very high top ranked officials.   

 

The consistent and persistent rise in criminal acts, banditry attacks, sudden deaths and raids unperturbed has gotten worst up to the extend that it is seriously becoming a fast need for security internal and external concern and why not that of its Head of State President Paul Biya and also that of its citizen. 

The undisturbed acts of terrorism that is exercised by members of the terrorist sect the Boko Haram irrespective of all efforts put in place to avert their actions means there is still much to be done by the Cameroonian military intelligence not undermining the efforts of the join task force which is comprised of the Nigerian, Chadians and Cameroonian forces added to French military support, that of Russia the USA and others. Yet Cameroon is still facing serious military threats to an extend that irrespective of the BIRs presence and vigilante groups put in place, suicide bombers still penetrate and detonate their bombs in the Northern part of Cameroon snatching the lives of hundreds (100s) of innocent souls daily.

Back at the level of Etoudi which is the Presidency and Mvomeka which is Biya’s home town, the Head of State is not very much confident with security measures put in place. Questioning very strongly how confidential and sensitive information leaked out to the Press and suddenly became front page captions of French Newspapers around the country, how that happened, is still beating his imagination.  

The sudden and mysterious death of General Tumenta leader of the MISCA troops in the Central African Republic last 2015 ending and his controversial medical report from US which is subjected to another roll of investigations, openly suspecting the hands of high placed military officials in the matter is disturbing and setting a whole lot of confusion in the military. In addition, the sudden and suspected death again of his loyal body guard on the 27^th of January2016, eve to the programmed burial of his Boss February 6, 2016, the Death also of his flag bearer poisons further the minds of Cameroonian who see the very act of witchcraft present in the military wandering really what may be happening within the military circle which is supposed to guarantee the security welfare of the people. Some where, there are high suspects that the said Body guard might have deliberately been eliminated discreetly for fear of disclosing dangerous information as to the cause of the death of General Tumenta, which is another well placed reason why Biya must put in serious military security checks. So far with this state of affairs, the life of the wife, and his cook is also in danger given that the girl friends and other closed aids passed on to eternity myasteriously.   

Finally, another likened and why not dangerous scene was the semi street demonstration that led to the burning down of the Menchum military Amory in the North West and looting of some arms by disgruntled youths vexed by the fact that a military officers knifed a biker to death over a lady. The prompt and judicious reaction of the state by displacing her sectary of state for defense Joseph Beti Assomo and MINADT Boss Rene Emmaneul Sadi to the scene on the 27^th of January 2016 together with North West Etat Major, makes the matter serious, giving impetus to the fact that there is high need for Cameroon’s Internal military security checks by President Paul Biya Chief Commander of the armed forces.

These indicators and others are driving mechanisms to demonstrate clearly and expose out rightly, the emptiness of the Cameroonian defense and how there is still much to be done in Cameroon to strengthen her defense in order to ensure internal and external security. This can only be best redressed by the Commander in Chief of the armed forces President Paul Biya who is even ailing.

On a sound note of warning a high placed Cameroonian politician recently declared “serious military check mechanisms are supposed to be put in place by the government else she will not be happy with what may befall her in no distance time”. 

 

Nation Wide Strike Eminent: Council Workers to Rebel against Call for Wage Reduction

*Condemn Mayors for No Motivation & Not Reclassifying Workers

*Asking for the Harmonization of Pay Bareem   

*Express Annoyance over the Fact that “they amass while Elected Mayors are only there to Squander”

-Stating also very clearly that if or should that be the case, government should withdraw the salaries of Mayors who are even asking much (areas) and motivate rather council workers who toil tirelessly to fetch the running income which elected officials only come in to squander with the complicity of their Sectary Generals and Municipal treasurers. 

 

This call to action or national rebel is in reaction or in retaliation to a provocative call made by Mayors directed to all Sectary Generals of Councils last 2015 ending asking or calling for the reduction of the wages of Council workers who apparently have been suffering the gross marginal effect of poor wages, no working incentives or motivation or conditions and the problem of reclassification deliberately subjected to by what they term as “acts of wicket Mayors and SG’s who want all for themselves”.

In flaring and panting tongues Council workers all over the Republic early this 2016 expressed their woes and anger in dispersed ranks condemning the call by Mayors asking for the reduction of Council Workers wages threatening to take the streets if government allows or visas their accord for the implementation of such a decision just after acknowledging their status and that of miserable council workers still hanging. Such an act or a call to them, is termed “as a greedy and wicket one or better still, a diabolic” proposal to government by elected officials, I quote,  if implemented “will catch fire, people who come in only to squander what we work for as Council finance under the cover of projects execution and council running expenditures”.

Sad and very hard to bear or accommodate, council workers expressed their grudges to this Reporter, “like play, it may come to pass if council workers do not stand up for their rights now”. Hear another, “how much do we earn and what working advantages do we have before they are talking of wage reduction, rather we need to be motivated and reclassified annually which is even blocked by some of our own very greedy SGs, MTs and Mayors who are disguised contractors wanting all for themselves leaving nothing to us the bottom dogs” .

“How we wish government was taking note of some of those their unscrupulous acts of pilfering and squandering council resources or finance through cooked up plans, which is very obvious and is the strength behind council stagnation” some cried fowl.

“Crying for a harmonized bareem to Council workers asking, What explain that in places like Yaounde Douala and the South West most of their workers are placed on Zone “A” bareem, while in the North West some are on Zone A and others on “B”, this to them is fashioned by some greedy Mayors who turn to exercise favoritism at work. This is well noticed in the case where they bring in family members and make them permanent staff of the councils and not long advance them yearly, paying all their areas while seasoned workers wallow in abject poverty. In some areas, the SDO signs for the payment of areas which some Mayors pick and pile dribbling around playing for time. How wicket some Mayors can be. This diabolic act to council workers is not surprising. because elected officials care more about their welfare than that of workers, fed up with the whole thing and not very satisfied with the move FENTEDCAM (Federation of workers trade Unions from local councils of Cameroon) is making would be left with no other option than take the streets a language best understood by the Cameroonian government for prompt actions to be taken..

“Something must be done and should be done by somebody, some where, enough is enough, if that their trash is not revoked then we will have no option than take to the streets. Biya just answered their prayers through the efforts of FENTEDCAM and they want to give us but hard times, which will not work as we shall stand as one to fight this act which can be best classified under gross human right abuse”.

In all, the cry is national as tempers rise and flare daily, from reports coming in, Council staff representatives of all Councils in the North West are planning a Regional come together to come up with an action plan that will be combined to that of other Regions for a more effective move to water down the deliberately orchestrated stratagem.
