MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION

GOVERNMENT COMMUNICATION

IN PRELUDE TO THE RESUMPTION OF CLASSES FOR THE 2020/2021 SCHOOL YEAR IN CAMEROON

------------------

JOINT PRESS CONFERENCE

MINCOM - MINESUP - MINEDUB - MINESEC

INTRODUCTORY STATEMENT OF

H.E. RENE EMMANUEL SADI

MINISTER OF COMMUNICATION

Yaounde, 30 September 2020

The Minister of State, Minister of Higher

Education;

The  Minister of Basic Education;

Madam the Minister of Secondary Education;

Madam the Secretary of State to the Minister of Basic Education;

The Secretary of State to the Minister of

Secondary Education;

Distinguished Media Professionals;

Distinguished Guests;

Ladies and Gentlemen;

      Allow me to thank you for your presence to this joint press conference which will mainly focus on the

resumption of classes for the 2020/2021 school year at all levels of education in Cameroon.

            Deemed necessary and prescribed by the Prime

Minister, Head of Government, His Excellency Joseph DION NGUTE, this press conference is intended to inform the entire national educational community on the specific measures which the Government of the Republic plans to take in order to guarantee the health safety of both the pupils, and students as well as the teaching and

administrative staff in the current context still marked by the coronavirus pandemic.

     In this regard, I am particularly delighted to welcome once again, in this Auditorium of the Ministry of Communication, the Members of Government who are primarily in charge of the education, training and care of young Cameroonians, notably, the Minister of State,

Minister of Higher Education, Professor Jacques FAME NDONGO, the Minister of Basic Education, Professor

Laurent Serge ETOUNDI NGOA, Madam the Minister of

Secondary Education, Professor Pauline NALOVA LYONGA,

Madam the Secretary of State to the Minister of Basic Education, Dr KILO Vivian Asheri, and the Secretary of State to the Minister of Secondary Education, Mr Boniface BAYAOLA.

        I am pleased to wish them a very warm welcome here.

 Ladies and Gentlemen;

As earlier mentioned, this Government Communication aims to better inform and reassure the various stakeholders of the national educational community on the measures taken so far by those responsible for the different levels of education, that is to say, the Members of Government here present, in order to allow the pupils, students, as well as their trainers, to start and witness the smooth resumption of the 2020/2021 school year, without running the risk of jeopardizing their health as a result of the COVID-19.

      It needs to be recalled that the future of the Nation fully relies on the comprehensive and well-accomplished training of our young pupils and students.

          As we know, the HEAD OF STATE personally attaches the highest importance to all matters that relate to the training of his young compatriots, and to a meticulous and successful organization of the school year in our country. It is a requirement that cannot be compromised.

      It is for this reason that despite the pandemic which was already a call for concern a few months ago, the Government had decided to organize a partial and welltargeted resumption of classes, with a view to complete the 2019/2020 school year for pupils and students in exam classes.

The challenge was to ensure the participation of all in the end-of-year exams, preserving the health and lives of pupils, students and teaching staff.

 We can assert that this challenge was squarely addressed, given that the resumption of classes and the organization of the end-of-year exams which followed, could be ensured without any major incident which could be detrimental to the health and life of our young learners or the teaching staff.

     It is in this light and considering both the need for classes to resume in a context where the coronavirus pandemic is still present, and the absolute requirement to implement all the measures taken to cope with this pandemic, that the Government has decided to set the start of the school year on October 5, 2020, for nursery, primary and secondary school pupils, and on October 15, 2020, for learners in Higher Education.

      In so doing, as the PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC and the Prime Minister, Head of Government, have kept reminding us, it should be noted that the COVID-19 pandemic has not yet been defeated, let alone eradicated in Cameroon.

    However, in the same manner that we are equally saying it, in all objectivity and responsibility for the information of all our fellow citizens, for no one to be mistaken, the same applies to the assessment of the situation done in all objectivity, as indicated during the joint press conference granted on September 16, 2020, by several senior officials of the administrations in charge of the implementation of the national response strategy against the coronavirus in our country. This allows us to commend the results recorded by Cameroon, thanks to the response plan put in place since the month of March 2020, under the Very High Impetus of the PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, HIS EXCELLENCY PAUL BIYA.

    These results are indeed remarkable, in as much as, the health response itself is concerned. The control of the pandemic has resulted in a stabilization of data relating to the number of patients under treatment and the rate of contamination.

As of September 24, 2020, we have a recovery rate of 94% and a case-fatality rate of 2%.

Again, as of the same date:

- Out of Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred and Twelve (20,712) cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Cameroon,

- Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred and Forty-Four (19,444) people had recovered, and unfortunately;

- Four Hundred and Eighteen (418) deaths had been recorded.

In the light of these data, we can assert without any presumptuousness that Cameroon has been able to cope with the situation and can be considered in Africa and even in the world, as one of the countries whose response has been quite remarkable and efficient.

Nevertheless, as it has been earlier indicated, our efforts must be maintained, and further enhanced, so that the coronavirus pandemic in Cameroon can be contained in negligible proportions if not totally eradicated. This is the legitimate ambition of the Government.

It is in this regard that Very High Instructions from

the PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, HIS EXCELLENCY PAUL BIYA, have been enacted, so that all the appropriate barrier measures should be taken by all administrations in charge of the different levels of education, so as to allow a smooth back to school and the resumption of the academic year.

The presence at this press conference of the

Ministers concerned, namely, the Minister of State,

Minister of Higher Education, the Minister of Basic Education and the Minister of Secondary Education,

Madam the Secretary of State to the Minister of Basic

Education and the Secretary of State to the Minister of Secondary Education in charge of Teacher training, will surely work to keep the general public, including parents, pupils, students, as well as the entire educational staff, abreast of the measures that have already been taken at all levels for the effective resumption of classes in optimal safety conditions.

In this regard, and subject to the exhaustive presentation expected from the Members of Government invited to this press conference, I can indicate as far as Basic Education is concerned, that there are some innovations announced on the pedagogical level which mainly focused on:

- blended learning, which emphasizes on the flipped classroom method of teaching, that is to say, the realization of pedagogical projects, in groups and faceto-face, will be done simultaneously at school and at home, with the support of parents or guardians.

-distance learning, with the creation of distance learning centres already planned in regional chieftowns.

It should be underscored that the caring of students in rural areas will not be left out in this protocol, notwithstanding the difficulties in accessing radio signals in many of these rural areas.

     At this level, the Government intends to favor the development and provision of educational materials, such as “Activity Booklets”, for the benefit of young learners.

In addition, daily teaching practices will naturally be adapted to the special context relating to the prevention and response against the coronavirus in Cameroon, for all nursery and primary levels, and for all classes.

Day-to-day information will also be given to young learners on everything related to the compulsory and systematic wearing of masks.

Likewise, teachers will be called upon to show good example, through the compulsory and systematic wearing of masks.

      In addition, respect for physical distancing measures as well as the form of greetings by students among themselves, or between students and teachers, are some of the important aspects provided for in the protocol of the

daily educational practices put in place by the

Government, to ensure a safe return to school, and as well as a hitch-free school year at the level of basic education.

The same applies to secondary education, where, in both health and educational terms, the package of measures taken by the Government covers all issues related to the safety of learners and the entire educational community.

    This involves, among others, the disinfection of schools, the provision of sanitary kits in sufficient quality and quantity, the multiplication of water and hand washing points, and the equipment of schools with surveillance cameras.

     Distance learning will also make it possible to compensate for the lessons not taught in class.

With regard to higher education, the 2020/2021 academic year will be structured around the three watchwords prescribed by the PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, HIS EXCELLENCY PAUL BIYA, namely, quality assurance, professionalization and employability.

The measures taken by the Government, particularly in the areas of academics, health and research, should allow students to be in a safe environment, and to benefit from the facilities offered by the optimization and maximization of university digital technology, which is a guarantee of increased distance education and reduction in physical contact for members of the university community.

 Ladies and Gentlemen;

      While acknowledging the presence of the Heads of the Ministries in charge of the education sector in Cameroon, I am pleased to welcome them once again to this joint press conference.

          Presently, I am highly delighted to give them the floor. They shall, in turn, throw more light and details on the state of preparations for the resumption of the

2020/2021 school and academic year in Cameroon.

     Thank you for your kind attention.

               The Minister of Communication,

                   (Signed) RenĂ© Emmanuel SADI

BISHOPS OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PROVINCE OF Bda at the End of it's 69th Meeting Call on the Christian Community to Brave all Odds and Send Children to School this Accademic Year, While Appealing to Gov't to Adopt a Holistic Approach in Solving the Worsening Anglophone Crisis

 BAPECNRFS/2020/16 25 Scpternber 2020

MESSAGE OF THE BISHOPS OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PROVINCE OF BAMENDA AT THE END OF THE 69TH MEETING OF THE BAMENDA

PROVINCIAL EPISCOPAL CONFERENCE (BAPEC) IN BUEA

To

All the Members of Christ's Faithful, Ecclesiastical Province of Bamenda; All People of Goodwill.

"Out ofthe depths cry toyou, O LORD! O Lord, hear my voice!

Let your ears be attentive to the voice ofmy pleading" CPS. 130: l),

l. At the end of the 69 th Ordinary General Assembly of the Bamenda Provincial Episcopal Conference (BAPEC), we, the Bishops, thought it opportune to address a message to all the Members of Christ's Faithful in the Ecclesiastical Province of Bamenda and to all People of Goodwill. We have addressed many messages to you before; but Mte shall not get tired of always raising a prophetic voice when and where possible, crying out to God to have mercy on his people in their distress. As St. Paul says, "Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, utith everyform ofpatient instruction " (2Tim 4:2).

2.For the past four years, we have been preoccupied and worried about the sociopolitical situation plaguing the two Regions of the North West and the South West of Carneroon, are coterminous with the territorial circumscription of the Ecclesiastical Province of Bamenda. We have seen people of all ages and walks of life killed in cold blood for flimsy or no reasons at all; we have witnessed the ravages of war and the untold sufferings it has caused our people; we can testify that many of our children are growing older, Inany of our young girls are becoming unprepared mothers and above all uneducated, because of their inability to go to school as a result of the ongoing crisis. We have also seen the destruction of property, kidnappings and demanding for ransom; and the crime wave is on the increase. We have been struggling to manage the situation of thousands of internally displaced persons, refugees, and the homeless, a situation that has been created by the excesses of man's wickedness to man. We have seen the economy of our two regions plummet to abysmal depths from a once booming and prosperous economy, due to ghost towns, frequent lockdowns and heavy militarization of the two regions, accompanied by extortion and torture. The insecurity in the two regions has reached unimaginable heights and we are even entertaining fears that the worst may still be ahead.

3, While we are grappling with a bad-enough-situation, created by the socio-political crisis, the scourge of the Coronavirus Pandemic has not spared our people and has made an already very difficult life even more difficult. Life has become almost unbearable to our people and this is a great concern for us as Chief Shepherds of the flock entrusted to our care.

4.Meeting in conference within the last week, we wish to put out this message to all the stakeholders in this situation, calling for the power of reason to prevail over the use of force in solving our domestic problems. Recalling some of the things we have said before concerning this crisis, we hereby sincerely place an urgent call to you all the Members of Christ's Faithful in the Ecclesiastical Province of Bamenda, all People of Goodwill, and the international community, regarding the following points:

5.Call for a Ceasefire in the North West and South West Regions: On the 23rd of March 2020, the Secretary General of the United Nations first proposed a global ceasefire in war-tom areas of the world, so as to focus efforts on curbing the spread of the Coronavirus Pandemic. On the 29th of March 2020, Pope Francis added his voice to this call in the following words: "The callfor a global and immediate ceasefire, which would allow the peace and security essentialfor providing the humanitarian assistance so urgently needed, is commendable" (Sunday Angelus: 29 March 2020). On the 5 th of July 2020, Pope Francis, in reference to the resolution of the UN Security Council of the 1 st of July 2020, prayed that this resolution may "become a courageous first step towards a peacefulfuture" (Sunday Angelus, 5 July 2020).

We, the Bishops of the Ecclesiastical Province of Bamenda, as first-hand witnesses to the sufferings of our people, join our voices to the voice of Our Holy Father Pope Francis and many other world leaders, calling for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire in the Nonh West and South West Regions of Cameroon.

6.Call for the Release of Anglophone Political Prisoners: In order that the ceasefire may be effective, we call for the release of all prisoners connected with the Anglophone crisis as a step in the direction of a resolution of the crisis. While appreciating the efforts of the Government in releasing 333 prisoners as a fruit of the Major National Dialogue of 2019, we hereby reiterate our call for the release of all the prisoners of the Anglophone crisis. This will go a long way to pacify the fighters on the ground and get the released prisoners act as agents for the attainment ofjustice and peace in our communities.

7.Call for Continuation of Dialogue: Already, in a message by all the Bishops of Cameroon on the 29th of April 2017, the Bishops called for Dialogue as the only

pacific way to solve what had come to be known as the Anglophone problem. Inter alia, they said that Dialogue is important and necessary. "It is the promotion of the heritage of the common social and ethical values in different social and cultural traditions in order that all citizens may participate in the consolidation of the common good To be effective, such a dialogue must be open, invigorated by a sincere respect for others and a spirit of reconciliation, fraternity and a readiness to compromise." Dialogue is never enough until it has achieved its purpose. In our case, justice and peace are our final goal; and, we cannot stop dialoguing and working towards dialogue until we attain the justice and peace, which are the daily cry of our people. We, therefore, encourage all the parties involved in this crisis not to relent their efforts to continue dialoguing, even when things don't seem to look bright.

8.Call for Complete School Resumption in the Two Regions: In the open letter that the Bishops of the Ecclesiastical Province of Bamenda published on the 23rd of August 2019, appealing for the resumption of schools, we said: "Since the beginning of this crisis, we have endeavoured to make a clear distinction between the causes of the crisis and the children's right to education. We have always made recourse to the teachings of the Church, that 'all men of whatever race, condition or age, in virtue of their dignity as human persons, have an inalienable right to education. This education should be suitable to the particular destiny of the individuals, adapted to their ability, sex and national cultural traditions, and should be conducive to fraternal relations with other nations in order to promote true unity and peace in the world' (Gravissimum Educationis, n. 1)". Once again, we call on all parents to send their children to school for the 2020/2021 School Year, so that their future can be guaranteed in a competitive world of academics and technological accomplishments. We also appeal to those who have acted as a threat to the education of our children and/or have blocked it and are using our children as a shield for political gains, to give the children a chance to build their own future.

9.Call for Pastoral Unity in the Diocese of Buea: Lastly, within the context of our meeting, we noted with regret the sad events that have characterized the last couple of months in the Diocese of Buea, regarding some administrative acts posited by the legitimate Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese, His Lordship Michael Miabesue BIBI. This led to unimaginable acts of wanton disobedience of ecclesiastical authority that even resulted in civil lawsuits in which Christians, Priests and Religious were involved. We, the Bishops of BAPEC, do not only condemn such disobedience and damage caused to the local Church, but also express complete solidarity with our brother Bishop, the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Buea. We also call on all the Priests, Religious Men and Women and all Christ's Lay Faithful of the Diocese of Buea to pledge and express their unflinching support to their "protem" legitimate Chief Shepherd, whose governance of the Church of Buea is greatly esteemed ecclesiastically. We call on those trying to destabilise the Church of Buea and calumnise the Bishops of our Province to desist from such demonic acts, repent of their sins and ask God for his boundless mercy.

10.May the Holy Spirit, who is Lord and Giver of Life, continue to watch over the Church in the Ecclesiastical Province of Bamenda. May Christ, the Prince of Peace, grant justice and peace once again in the North West and South West Regions. May the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Apostles and Queen of Peace, intercede for us.

Given in Buea,

This 25th Day of the Month of September 2020.

+ Andrew NKEA FUANYA + George NKUO

Archbishop of Bamenda and Bishop of Kumbo and

Apostolic Administrator of Mamfe President of BAPEC

+ Michael MIABESUE BIBI Auxiliary Bishop of Bamenda and Apostolic Administrator of Buea

How YOU and I have Used "Too Much Grammer, Big Grammer" to Destroy and Burn Down Cameroon

"Too much grammar" has landed Cameroon Before the Gate of Hell.

-With or without the Regime, which is at the brink of collapse, there is no favorable head way for Cameroonians.
It is unfortunate, but that is the plain truth which must be spoken.
"Intellectual debates and ideological differences" is what has landed Cameroon where she is today, at the gate of total confusion and all sort of cosmetic arrangements sourced for to maintain the status quo.
Democracy as an axe of evolution for us to emergerge gave an unfortunate opportunity for opportunists seeking for notice and self exhaltation or glorification to destroy  a peace loving and law abiding country like ours, Cameroon.
We are all responsible, after fanning the flames of chaos through oral verbal debates in the name of justifying whatsoever, whereever and whenever, we have jumped into the bush for fear of the unknown. A Monster we all contributed in creating which is now hunting us.
When multiparty politics came up, we jubiliated and held it hostage with big Grammer, Boko Haram erupted, we started praying for the worst, Anglophone crisis exploded we celeberated with all type of analysis and justifications, Amba came, we code named some fake others correct Amba, Fru Ndi came with his own song, we saw the Messiah in him, kamto is now dancing his own dance with Big Book and we are jubiliating forgetting to know it is taking us to some where. Ghost town was invoked from it's quiet base and it has come to stay in Anglophone Cameroon from which a cross section of gullible individuals and a bunch of blood sockers are feeding fat out of.
If it is not the case, and you may want to contradict me, why is it that we are moving from better to worst and all those who started preaching "the good news" in quotes and " my foot" in quote still, have all ran into the bush for their dear lives chased by their own words and hunted by their mischievous actions.
Too much blood has been spilled and much is on the way coming from the look of things and based on the uneasy calm that reigns. Cameroon to be honest is seating on a timed bomb that you and I are doing all it takes to detonate with the very gift God gave us to use in building.
Fellow humans are killings each other, and if there is a better way to put it, crushing to maintain grip over power.
Others are using cajoling language to manipulate the ignorant ones who go dying in the name of seeking for supremacy, sovereignty, standing for justice or liberation.
God created us all equal for a purpose and to be one anothers keeper and not agents of the devil or demon fowlers.
What have we not seen in this Cameroon, after "enabling or chopping very well" from the system and contributing to the mess, we come back and condemn. Not only that, we deceive the same common man to start seeing meaning in us and starts dancing to our tune. "What a cursed generation" It's time for collective cross examination of consciences. Have it right, and with your permission where ever it is going wrong and you contributed, know posterity will judge us because we are all not clean in the eyes of God. I am just saying mine without calling names.
I am Just thinking aloud and must emphasize, "too much "dirty Grammer" one man of God told me,  has taken us to where we are in Cameroon and is already landing us into hell. Watch out and let me caution! In your small corner if you like,continue with Big Grammer or "a hear say", for we are each burning and fanning flames that will rise and consume all of us.
Where are the Foncha's, the Muna's and the architects of our great ancestral history. I pity the generation of today living in an epoc of great mishap and cultic influence manipulated by Grand Masters who control every little thing happening arround our cosmic circumference using their mystical and metaphysical powers.
There is nothing like world diplomacy but a world organized mafia network fulfilling Satan's agenda. Millions have died, billions are still to die. Humanity is still to witness the worst with the rising wind of rebellion cosuming the world fanned by  activist and liberators.
It shall all come to pass and the end will prevail, the scripture will be fulfilled.
The time of reckoning is now, we should each decease from the blame game and all resort to the cross examination of our consciences before it is too late.
All of us want change, but non of us has changed or wish to change for the common good of change. Men are too viscious, but one thing I know very well God has the final say and we shall all render account.

Signs and Wanders in Bamenda, Living Gospel Ministry International at the Verge of Completing its Over One Billion and above Church Project

 Signs and Wanders in Bamenda,

Living Gospel Ministry International at the Verge of Completing its Over One Billion and above Church Project

The church in Cameroon is fast receiving new revival thanks to a called generation of Prophets mandated to rescue humanity during these trying times and perilous moments.

Cameroon Christian faithful today, just like Nigerians as we report are enjoying their own religious cup of tea thanks to the emergence of Prophet DD Allo code named “Major one”.

“Major One” in the city of Bamenda and my Righteous TV in less than ten years is moving mountains and has suddenly become a household name.

The centre, or Ministry I must emphasis, is the epicenter of signs, wanders, healings, deliverance, blessings and why not a new spiritual Eldorado or base in Bamenda that has stood the taste of time in matters of the gospel and salvation.

Bamenda, Cameroon and the Church through this figure, “Major One” has received new dynamics and impetus. No doubt all roads lead to mile 4 Nkwen one Poultry street every Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

True to God’s hand at work, in less than 10 years, the ministry is putting up an ultra modern worship temple that is known to the Biblical historic structures in Israel, which is obviously what has spurred this Reporter to come up such a write up.

It is a come and see edifice or better still, an architectural wander worth a billion and above.

The towers comprise a worship complex, guest house for visitors from home and abroad, an overflow section, vine yard and a live stock complex. Fee your eyes from pictures taken around the Holy ground of the Ministry…..

Ashu Nyenti Replies FAKLA as they Rebel against Last Judicial Council decision

 Reply: FAKLA Press Release
I have read with keen attention the Press Release of the Fako Lawyers Association, FAKLA, that sanctioned their meeting of 19th August, 2020. I have also taken note of the main thrusts of their arguments, itemized in paragraphs and corresponding resolutions thereto.  In consideration of which I humbly make the following observations:
1. As a citizen, i salute the conciliatory and non-bellicose tone used to discuss the issues raised, in these very delicate and challenging times and effectively utilizing their force of proposal.  See resolutions   4 and 6
2. I find it incongruous or not in harmony for FAKLA to combine issues that concern the Bar Association generally with issues that are restricted to the subject matter of its Press Release. See paragraph 2
3. That contrary to the assertion in paragraph 5, the dialogue took place from 30 September- 4 October 2019 and not in 2018. It was a major national dialogue and not a GND. Secondly, no resolution was reached at the dialogue, rather there were recommendations and proposals. That in any case that dialogue couldn’t have taken any ‘resolution’ on the application of the common law in the NW and SW because the Constitution has already taken care of that.
4. That though the appointment of civil law trained magistrates in the legal department (see paragraph 8) and fortunately not at the Bench may be a legitimate  source of worry, the number (only three and in one division) out of   the total number in all the 13 divisions, is insignificant so as to attract the ire of the much respected FAKLA at this initial stage. As the maxim goes diminimis non curat lex”. That the special trainees from ENAM, just making their first steps may be to young professionally to “man” jurisdictions in the two regions.
5. That contrary to the assertion in paragraph 9, there are no common law nor civil law judicial police officers in Cameroon. In fact, the training of the police in Cameroon obeys a uniform training code, whether or not the individual police people are Anglophones.
6. That contrary to resolution 6, the government as an entity does not make changes to the law, but the President of the Republic does. The two are not necessarily the same. See Section 25 of the Constitution.
It is pertinent to argue that FAKLA, just like any other legal partner has a big role to play to entrench the rule of law in Cameroon. It is necessary for them to continue to engage the government and make plausible proposals where desirable as a way of pushing back the frontiers of irrationality and arbitrariness.
However, to any extent they can only propose and not substitute themselves for the competent legislative and executive authority. That is the positive theory of law.

Health Minister Manaouda, 10 Regional Delegates Going 1 (One)

Cameroon Health Minister Dabbles, As COVID 19 Funds Embezzlement Scar Hangs on.
-Scandal arround the Quarter, As Population Await Extra-Judicial Actions
A common saying holds "that nothing good can come from a Cameroonian" meaning, trust no Cameroonian. Is a saying that has stood the taste of time with most Cameroonian government officials who buy their way into the system and must at all cost recover what they paid in even plus.

Another palance holds that, corruption, embezzlement of public funds, mismanagement and stealing of public, private or church funds in cameroon is "old sick".
Meaning by the very nature of Cameroonians they are born sick or better still possessed by the spirit of stealing.
If it is not the case, how do you explain that three quarter of Biya's ex-Ministers who have served him deligently are languishing in jail at the Yaounde Kondengui maximum security prison on stealing counts.
Stealing arrangements, gree a gree business, 1% (one percent), envelope sharing, booty, chips, happens to be rule of the day in rules of the game.
Here, the conscience has no role to play and business is order of the day interconnected by a network of the theives.
The case of health officials in cameroon today is very obvious, alarming and stinking. Minister Olangena stole health funds, Andre Mama Fouda continued the deal and Manaouda and his team of medical experts and delegates have worsten and made mockery of the situation.
Stealing of COVID 19 funds is now open arrangements amongst health personnels as each wants to ride home with something from the billions coming in to contain the virus.
Proof of this, many have bought villas, are building hostels, hotels and castles.
We are here talking of the 10 Regional Delegates of health in Cameroon, from our investigation, they should be arrested first  before the Minister who is struggling to wash his hands out of the deal.
Opinion holders and Public view regards them as bundle of thieves who must be arened to face justice not even the Minister who happens to be victim even though Grand Master at the same time.
Sound sources also holds that the public is teaming up to storm the Ministry of health, respective health units and Delegations where the stealing arrangements and illicit activities are ongoing.

Pst. Warah Celebrates 39th Birthday, Church's 8th Anniversary in Pomp & Fanfare, - -Launch200 Million Church Roofing Project

Pst. Warah Celebrates 39th Birthday, Church's 8th Anniversary in Pomp & Fanfare, -

-Launch200 Million Church Roofing Project

That was at the seat of the church's head quarter at Mile 10 Bafut Road, Bamenda, North West Region, Cameroon on Sunday the 9th of August 2020.

The three in one occasion that gathered well over 5000 Christian faithfuls from Ramah Christian family satellite branches accross the Nation had as major hosts, most Venerated Prophet Ayuke Mandated by Rt. Reverend Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche, General Overseer of Dunamis Church International in Nigeria who double as their spiritual father in the Lord. Apostle Collins and Rev. Bah Pius formed part of the spiritual Battalion that rained unmatched blessings at the occasion.
Preachers cum Speakers took their turns under the able coordinating power of Pastor Warah graced by santuary choir,  waxed with church ritual rites and the 200 million fund raising exercise for the cathedral.
At the appointed time, Prophet Ayuk Raymond who carried the designated mantle of their spiritual father assigned for the God given mission to the City of Bamenda unleashed spiritual blessings and healings from above as he preached in the words of his Master through prophecy.
Many received instant healing and deliverance as he spoke the word with power and authority.
Hear the spiritual warrior  "I speak in the words and authority of my spiritual father Dr. Paul Enenche that Ramah Christian Center Family, Pastor Warah will start witnessing a Spiritual dimensions that is known to no church in Cameroon".
The authoritative prophet ended his spiritual assignment with prophetic blessings showered on all present.
The come and see ceremony i must emphasis, was also a golden opportunity for the Christian community in Cameroon to come and see how far the Ramah Christian Center Family has gone with it's over 10,000 seating capacity cathedral project on its miracle mountain ground in less than 10 years of existence.
Speaking to the Press after the ground breaking anniversary Pastor Warah said "God's hand is at work as Ramah win souls for Christ through Evangelical works. He reiterated the church missions which was to work in line with the principles of the Gospel. While thanking all who came and contributed enormously for the realization of the 200 million roofing project".

Confusion in the Kingdom of Mendankwe as Fon Passes on -Thrown still Vaccant

Confusion in the Kingdom of Mendankwe as Fon Passes on -Thrown still Vaccant
-Conflicting views of Kingmakers, Notables, Members of the Royal Family and Traditional Council Authorities, has Put all on Standstill in the Village
The news of the Passing away of H.R.H  Fon Forsuh Nforngwa II of Bamendankwe last week late July 2020 is no longer news. But what is animating social discourse in and arround the village. That is the Confusion going on in the kingdom after the passing onto Glory of the Fon.
As we report and from information that avails, the thrown is still Vaccant as a result of a good number of issues high decision makers of the village cannot come to terms or comprise on. It is even unclear whether the mortal remains of the "disappeared" King has been kept with the magnitude of tension in the village.
A fraction on a serious note have it that the Fon did not perform celebration rites after the Father passed on which tradition requires as such has no right to be quite the thrown to his son.
Others say, even if he is to give a son, all the wives are not from Mendankwe ( in order words were all married from another village) meaning, it will be a great sacrilage to enthrust the thrown to any of the children (for it will amount to selling the thrown of Mendankwe to an outsider).
The last set of opinion holders are for the fact that any of the brothers should be crowned, but the unfortunate truth is that some if not all of the brothers are on the run for fear of taking over a thrown with the present dispensation and confusion that has since held the kingdom captive.
God is in control and high officials of the village are gradually coming to terms irrespective of all odds.
The helpless Administration on her part, will have to intervene if the situation persists. Fon's are auxiliary arms of the administration, in a village given situation where government finds the population facing difficulties in chosing their Fon, they have the mandate power to coordinate the exercise without necessarily infrinching in the rites and tradition of the people.
Yaounde, MINAT, the North West Governor's office, all arms of the security forces are on the high alert. All Eyes and ears focused on the Bamendankwe village and thrown wahala..read us along the line as we dig on for your kind reading attention.

Cameroon COVID-19 Funds; Health Minister Under Investigation for Misappropriation of over 22 Billion FCAF

Uproar: As the Media Cries Foul to Cameroon Minister's Scandalous Declaration over Usage of COVID 19 Funds
-22 Billions Squandered in the space of 6 Months
-Population, Journalists, Civil society in bewilderment Clamor for Minister and health Official's Arrest.
Last 23rd July's call by Cameroon's Prime Minister, Head of Government Chief Dr Dion Ngute for investigations to be opened and audits carried out on the unclear or scandalous report presented by the Minister of health in his last Media outing in Yaounde, is still sparking confusion within the media circles and provoking uproar amongst Cameroonians of good will.
22 Billions to have been Squandered in the space of six months by the Minister of health Manaouda Malaichi and his officials is unimaginable and unbelievable.
To contain a virus, while the country keeps recording positive cases daily.
The rate of infection in Cameroon from statistics is exponentially growing and does not March with all efforts and means put all together by the government, EU countries and WHO to put situation under control.
Meaning all what has been going on in the name of building of isolated specialized treatment centers, treatment, expenditures on each quarantine case, nation wide screening, buying of specialized health and treatment equipments, risk allowances, supplies and missions are all cosmetic, cooked up or better still, stealing arrangements.
It is unfortunate but the facts are there, couple with the illicit acts of viscious Doctor who tag most death cases COVID-19 to make money as such scaring population from going to the hospital.
This acts of gross dishonesty is not surprising from the Present Minister of health and his officials to the public who are living witness to the last arrest of former Minister Urbaine olangene in 2008 for embezzlement of health funds and immidiately after him government threatened to arrest Andre Mama Fouda his successor on similar charges of embezzlement, today government has ordered his successor to be auditted while in office.
From all indication the present Minister of health is following the footsteps of past Ministers. In no distance time the special team of auditors from the supreme state control audit in Cameroon will come out with their findings.
Other sources close to the intelligence service of the presidency holds it that the anti corruption unit has been put behind the Minister to unmask those toiling arround with COVID-19 funds.
By extension, it is likely that there may be cabinet shakeup in no distance time just because of the Minister's alleged atrocious acts.
