Pa Achidi Partners with the Media to Intensify 2019 Effective Back to School Campaign

Pa Achidi Achu Simon former Prime Minister, Head of Government, Senator Emeritus, one time Senate Bureau member in the Cameroonian Senate and a political Guru in Cameroon politics in a rather disappointed and frustrated tune cried to the Publisher/Editors of World Echoes Newspaper and Watchdog Tribune at his rest house in Yaounde behind ENAM on Sunday the 23^rd of June 2019, after church service that “a whole generation is gone and is crumbling, the future is bleak and there is no head way if we continue to keep our children at home for our selfish ends. It will take a decade for us to recover from the injury we are causing our children. I am an old man going and have a ready generation to hand over to, who will you hand over your own generation? To Indian herm smokers, children spoiled by social deviance, uneducated Cameroonians? My Journalists where are we heading to. It is time we give a second thought to before we keep for fitting or mud-gagging the future of our children for whatsoever reason. When Pa and Mama are quarrelling children must eat and must go to school, must we use children as shields? They are Angels and must not be tamper with. Any good we do on earth is for ourselves and any bad we do will hunt us forever, reasons why I am joining my voice with all the journalists to clamor for effective back to schools this September 2019 academic year, three years has gone with nothing to ride home and the fourth school year is coming, in God’s name schools must go, it is a duty and our responsibility. Thank you for coming to join your voice with mine so that we can form a formidable force to crusade for effective back to schools in our two restive Regions of Cameroon.”

Those were the wise words we gathered from almighty Pa Achidi Achu Simon who did not dabble for a second in his call for effective school resumption in our two English speaking Regions of Cameroon characterized by the Anglophone revolution which has crippled the economy, led to the displacement of over a million man population, the destruction of Properties, human and material lost which cannot be estimated.

In it all children should not be the victim and should not be used as victims circumstance which is what Pa Achidi condemned in strong terms offering to partner with the Press to radicalize the campaign for back to school, hear him “it is too much even it is what, we should not use innocent children as bait, God is watching and will punish all of us if we don’t act now and immediately.”

The senior state man crying for these voiceless Cameroonians offered himself in exchange for children’s education, appealing and pleading onto parents to see the importance of their children’s education. Hear him again, “Education which was our own industry is all gone, our children have too cross the Mungo to gain education which we have at our doorsteps in our nose with better infrastructures. God have mercy, look Mr Journalist you guy should accelerate the campaign, God is on your side, you have all my support and posterity will judge whosoever is against.
