Coming Up in Bamenda Organized by CCJN, CAMEROON CLIMATE MEDIA EDUCATION FORUM (CCMEF 2026) July 28th on 52nd WNCD:

Grand Launching of Cameroon Climate Awareness Education  APP. (CCAE-App) and Speed Up Training Action Campaign to Combat Climate Change from News Room Policies, to Class Room Trainings and Skill Building. 

On the occassion, land Media Actors, Nature Based Solution Reporters and Media Actors for Technical and Sustainable Development (MEDACT) will come together to commune and set up a five years strategic agenda to Speed up Media Campaign against Climate Change in Cameroon..

The initiative of Cameroon Climate Journalism Network (CCJN) and Cameroon Climate Generational Revival Action Program for Education (CCGRAP4E), is Dubbed Cameroon Climate Media Education Forum (CCMEF 2026) slated for July 28th  on (WNCD) 52nd WORLD Nature Conservation Day in Bamenda, Placed under the theme "Shaping Newsroom Editorial Policy to Enhance Nature Based Solution Reporting in Cameroon" at Pastoral Center, 11:00 AM Prompt.

CCJN to Organize Cameroon's Premier Cameroon Climate Media Education Forum on 52nd WNCD in Bamenda

 

"Waste is Wealth Part XLIV" on board our CLIMATE WAGON this week in grand mobilization to celebrate 2026 52nd WNCD (WORLD Nature Conservation Day 28th July),  CCJN (Cameroon Climate Journalism Network) Officials to regroup Cameroon Media Men and women under a first ever common platform in Bamenda to chart ways forward on how to enhance Climate  Education Awareness Resilience Campaign and speed up actions to combat climate change from collective news room services.

That is "Shaping news room editorial policy to enhance nature based solution reporting" dubbed 2026 CAMEROON CLIMATE EDUCATION FORUM (CCMEF).

On that occasion of 2026 WNCD, Land Media Actors of CCJN with the Cameroon media as a whole will launch an online Application device that will chain and sustain media collective action to combat change.

With the growing need for adaptation strategies and the replication of just actions for a Just transition, the Cameroon Media must not be left out and should be key actors to coordinate strategic and cooperate reporting to meet the growing needs and challenges of a Brutal climate situation with her diverse Exigencies. On the Occassion of UN 54th World Environment Day to enhance Climate awareness and education campaign under the theme "Inspired by Nature, for Climate, for our Future" act now for Climate Future. 

CCEM is a 64 page working document for Cameroon Colleges and Universities,. It is an initiatives which eases Cameroon's involvement in world collective action to combat climate Change through the Greening Education Program of UNESCO.

CCEM is indeed a Cameroon Climate Generational Revival Action Program for Education which redefines education in Cameroon to go green, teach green and act Green.
