Fon of Esu and Queen Ambushed to Death

The Horrible and terrifying news reaching our News room from Menchum Division late last night holds that the Fon of Esu Kum Achuo II  Kawzuh Albert and Queen, were rush into their early graves by some hired armed herdsmen and masked gunmen monitoring and trailing their movement yesterday the 9^th of February 2022. Other controversial sources hook the barbaric scene to a gassy motor accident, while a cross section tie it to the continuation of the Elba ranch land dispute.

Authors of the gruesome act (Mbororos or separatists forces)  it is still to be confirmed, ambushed and terminated life out of them on their way back from the enthronement ceremony of the new Fon of Weh whose throne has been vacant for some months after the passing on of their late Fon.

Certain information also holds that the action was premeditated, planned and programmed with the aid of an informants planted at the ceremony feeding the perpetrators  who laid and ambush the Fon on his way back to the Palace with two wives.

What is not clear about the whole incident is the reason d’etre for the wrongful termination of their lives as security challenges heighten in the Region with the ongoing Anglophone liberation war of independence.

What beats the imagination of the public is, the surprisingly sudden heinous act that comes at a time every body thought peace had completely returned to Menchum Division after a hitch free ceremony of the home coming of the first vice national President of the UCCC Anthony Dingambong who doubles as Mayor and the international women’s day celebration. Plus all other past successful ceremonies and effective school resumption with all offices functioning normal.
