After Notary Saga, Uproar again in the Cameroon Judiciary; N.West Lawyers at War with Newly Appointed Officials in the Bamenda High COURT (Attorney General & Pees)

*Frowns Greatly at French Assimilation Practice Gradually Instituted in the High Court of Bamenda
*Stands Firmly against Anglophone Marginalization & Rights Abuses within the Judiciary
The North West Lawyers Association (NOWELA) showed and expressed their grievances in a meeting that played host within the premises of the High Court Bamenda on the 20th of February 2015 with Batonier Barrister Kenmende Henry in attendance, Senior Barrister Mrs Senze, Barrister B
Batonier Barrister Kenmende Henry
en Suh Fuh, Barrister Amazee, Maitre Mbah Mbah, the Association’s President Barrister Robert Nso Fon and others 200 in number. Saying that if they condor to what is going on in the High Court and at the level of the Attorney Generals Office in Bamenda all made up of Francophone, English law will have no common place and right of placement.
This expressed mood of anger that saw host of a meeting with North West Lawyers to decry certain unruly practices within the corps was provoked by, a catalogue of uncultured and discriminatory behavior of officials appointed from the Judiciary to man the affairs of the sector who tamper with every rights of Lawyers from court room comportment to presentations in court and issuance of Judicial documents.
In primo, on the 17th day of February 2015, an Advocate General from the PG’s office, while court was in session, entered the court room through the door used by Judges and in a provocative manner greeted the Judge in session with all arrogance what was termed by all as lack of respect for the court,
Secondly, a Lawyer was served with a submission from the PG’s chamber written in French which he refused receiving until translated in English, seeing the act as a calculated attempt to impose French in a system that is purely supposed to be English.
And thirdly, an Advocate General at the PG’s chamber addressed the court in French with no attempt to express himself in English for the understanding of all, this action of his caused uproar and made the court room rowdy provoking all Lawyers present to address the court with great dissatisfaction. The Judge aggravated the situation by saying that Cameroon is a Bilingual country and that they are comfortable using French. This caused Lawyers to be angry and thought that by being Cameroon, the Common Law System is gradually been eroded and the actions are tactical to completely wipe out the English culture. Causing Lawyers to ponder aloud again whether there is any legal justification for the Union between La Republic which had independence on the 1st of January 1960 and was admitted as a member state of the UN. In desperation they wandered further whether Cameroon Spelled with OUN at the end can be translated (because in translations names don’t change?), that all times Cameroonians have been made to believe that Cameroon spelled with OON is the English version of Cameroon with OUN which is false.
This in effect was the immediate cause of the 20th meeting to call the powers that be at the level of the Attorney General’s Chamber to order.
At that meeting, it was resolved after hours of deliberations, that: there is need for a language code in Cameroon to know exactly when English or French should be spoken and where in a Bilingual Cameroon.
Secondly, to annually, beginning this 2015 come out with a human rights report of the Region especially on violations perpetrated within the Justice system.
That the language of communication in all the courts of the North West Region especially in the court of appeal should be in English because it is a constitutional right as well as a minority right and Cameroon is considered Cameroon because of her colonial past.
That the above resolutions plus other issues in the petition will be addressed to the President of the court of Appeal in the North West Region and hierarchy in Yaounde.

*Condemns the Cameroon Production System, its informal Sector to be insignificant and the Government to have Failed Woefully doing all in its best only to maintain her Grip on Power

*Looks Back at Cameroon in the Event of Biya’s Sudden Departures

In the north shell are the deeply enshrined salient points raised in the Address of the National Chairman of the Social Democratic Front SDF NI John Fru Ndi to the Nations Youths of Cameroon eve (9th February) to the occasion of the Celebration of the 49th Edition of Youth Day manifestations in Cameroon.
Fru Ndi, at his Ntarikon residence lamented after his address to youths of the Nation before the cream of Journalist present that he regretted the havoc the Islamic sect is causing around West Africa but is happy that their devilish actions and the extend of their increasing might has pushed Cameroonian CPDM bigwigs to resort to prayers and to be prayer conscious as the best remedy to the situation that is gradually going out of hands. He said I quote “something Di Spoil Fix some one” as the local pidgin parlance holds. “Before it was unusual to see CPDM elite praying after the anthem in public ceremonies, today the reverse is true in most of their staged managed ceremonies, like the propaganda anti-terrorism solidarity march staged against Boko Haram recently which was characterized by prayers of all sorts”.
Fru Ndi in his usual attack to the system and regime stoned at the deploring economic situation of the country full of short comings at every level, government policies and actions which were not flexible to demanding need while looking extensively on the percentage of jobless youths and what the future hold for them.
“The fact is that our production system has completely lost its structures with the creation of an insignificant informal sector. Since employment in the formal sector is highly selective and requires skills which our professional training system does not provide, close to 72%of youths of the working age, those between 17-40 are employed by the formal sector. These are the type of jobs that are trumpeted to you. Whereas, these jobs do not give you security, rather they continuously keep you in a precarious situation. In effect, with such jobs, it is practically impossible to make savings and purchase for instance, a piece of land for industrial farming, a house or to envisage a decent life for your children; notably sending them to good schools is impossible, besides, jobs in the informal sector are not included in the financial system. This makes it impossible for you to take out loans in order to boast consumption in your households…”.
Regretting the havoc his party caused in the early 90s to Cameroon and Cameroonians, in the form of “Ghost Town”, looting, property lost, destruction and human damages which are immense, the chieftain of the social democratic front observed with remorse that it cemented the base or the cacus for youth’s liberation in the hands of a centralized system full of dictatorship and the wanton desire to stay on and maintain grip to power. Hear him “our struggle has always been guided by the urgent necessity to avoid such moments of self destruction. We owe this peace that I know you cherish dearly, to the fact that you and I had always avoided the traps of division and hatred, laid sometimes, by the same persons who claim to promote peace. During the first pluralistic Presidential elections in our country, even though I emerged victorious, I took the awesome responsibility not to rule in chaos and in a pool of blood. It was a difficult decision to make but I was more concerned with your wellbeing than with my personal interest. You who in the past did not constitute the majority and did not have political awareness. The hope, that you represented already, was for me the most precious value for the nation”.
Putting a nail on the subject matter, Fru Ndi call on the youth to champion the  course for the fight against Boko Haram by not being mislead into wanton behaviors that will not demonstrate true citizenship and patriotism which is the fundamental upon which a peaceful and united Republic is belt.
Sounding very optimistic with the last paragraphs of his address to the Nations Youth’s, he regretted what will befall Cameroon in the event of the sudden departure of President Paul Biya with the way his government and institution functions.

Souls & Spiritually Transforming Messages of Pastor Warah Che Solomon of RAMAH Christian Centre Bamenda Cameroon: MESSAGE OF SUNDAY 4th Jan. 2015 ANOINTING FOR SMOOTHNESS “Journey with God” or “Walking with God” Ezra 8:21-23

The church is a journey. Every new year we start a new journey with God. Going to New York without God is going into a New Yoke. In Is. 45:2 the Lord promises to go ahead of us. We should always allow Jesus to go ahead of us in every journey we take and he will lead us to be successful and fruitful. Do not walk with agents of the devil, alcohol, cigarettes etc. But hold on to Jesus let him lead you to through the right path of life.
In Dan 9 and 10 Daniel prayed and fasted and God open doors to his children and they were successful. In our fast we will experience 21 days of favour, grace and breakthrough. For when we fast we provoke a revival and revival provokes arrival and arrival provokes success. During this 21days fasting you are going to metamorphose, change our shells, change colour, change level etc. Every journey from heaven will have a giant enemy which will come as you go along, but what we need is God. For if we want to succeed in life; it doesn’t matter what we have but who we are walking with. All we need to do is to put our trust in God and he will never fail us. God is an expert in dealing with our enemies and he is so great that he swallowed Pharaoh in the red sea. Some enemies are wicked forces causing us not to progress in life but when you walk with God, He will fight against every evil plan of the devil in our lives.
In Jos 1:3-5 God says he will go ahead of us. And when God sends you on assignment He stands to back you up. We need to put our trust in God and look up to him and he will see us through our lives challenges. Ps 114 says the Israelites went through their trials safely because every barrier trembles at the presence of God. God goes ahead of us to deal with our enemies to give us rest. Ps 127 says unless God builds a house the Labourers Labours in vain.  John 16:32 says in this world we will have tribulations but the Lord is with us. We just need to humble ourselves and fast to have direction from God.
Romance 8:14 mentions that those let by the spirit of God are the sons of God. As a child of God allow yourself to be let by the spirit of God and you will be fruitful this new year in Jesus name.

MESSAGE OF SUNDAY 11th Jan. 2015 “PUTTING NEW WINE INTO A NEW WINE SKIN”
In Greek New Wine is called “Oions” Matthew 6:18-19 and 22
As we fast we should understand that God is interested with our hearts, our expectations as we pray and fast not our errors when we fast. Ezra 8:21 says humble yourself and fast and ask God to protect you and your generations. When you fast God prepares a greater package for you. Psalm 46 says even the mountains crumble our souls will receive fresh water.
Oions stand for the power and the move of the spirit, which causes a revival at the same time. When Jesus entered the wedding feast in John 2, He introduced new wine but in the laws of Moses it is the Old wine.  On the last day God promises to pour his spirit which is New Wine. In Isaiah 43 God says I will do something new in the life of His children. There is new wine in 2015, a new wine of preaching the word of God, new wine in every dimension, career, job, education for us to prosper. To say it all new wine is the most precious gift of God to every generation. The wine skin in Mark 2:22 refer to our bodies. God doesn’t want to waste His new wine and pour into an old wine skin that it will burst and the wine will waste. God is looking for a new wine skin a vessel to empty his spirit inside and cause you to explode in every dimension in life.
1 Corinthians 3:16 says our body is the house of the Holy Spirit; do well to often clean your vessel so that you can receive new wine. Examine your house, Is 51:10 says pray let God give you a new heart and pour out his spirit in you. In Ezekiel 36:25 God says “I will sprinkle clean water and put a new spirit in you, removing the heart of stone and putting the heart of Love. The temple of God must be kept pure and holy. Do not allow pride to take over your heart but humble you for God to fill you. It is often good to change your driver and take a new driver who is Jesus Christ who will drive you safely through all life’s challenges. If Jesus drives your car you will never crash or have an accident. The heart of man is the driver of man; just look up to Jesus let him drive you safely. All you need is to humble yourself before God and revival will come. Repent by fasting, Joel 2:12 & 18 says return to God with all your heart fasting and he will give to us all we need to succeed in life. Return to God in fasting and he will send wine, oil and brain. For you to receive the blessings of the Father and be fruitful, you must empty all the negative spirits in you for God to drive you.
SUNDAY 18th Jan 2015 “THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD”
Genesis 39:1-6, 4-8, 19 and Gen 45:4
Heaven is a spiritual world but God placed us here on earth so that through us the Will of the Lord is done. Before you are born there is a God’s given purpose for your life. In Jer. 1:15 God had a purpose to send us here on earth and you can only go step by step or stage by stage. In life you must go through trials, which will prepare you to achieve your purpose in life.
What we need to succeed in life is not money as starting capital but the presence of God. Joseph was born to feed the world for it doesn’t matter where you come from but how you have to succeed in life. Our futures are all in the hands of God as read in the scripture in psalm 20. For you to make it in life man must not l
Pastor Warah Che Solomon of RAMAH Christian CENTER Bamenda Cameroon Born to Heal & Deliver God's Forsaken
ove you first, for the Lord was with Joseph even though he was a slave. “It doesn’t matter what you have but who you have”, to succeed in life we need just one person who is God not our money or background. When you are with God he will transform you from nothing to something. To be fruitful you need one capital which is God. Job did have his God even though he was wretched and after his trials he was blessed triple times more what he had. In life stumbling blocks only become a stepping stones to take you to a higher level.
When man rejects you God accepts you, the only thing you need is to have God, maintain his presence. When things go wrong do not quickly draw conclusions for wants to prepare you for a new level. Just be kind and trust God for the plan of man to bring you down is the plan of God to lift you up tomorrow. God’s children go through challenges in life but know your purpose in life, do not compromise the presence of God. For you to succeed and be fruitful you need to be firstly very prayerful, renew your fellowship with God everyday just move with the presence of God. Second, you also need to live with the word of God. Love the word of God and desire the word as you desire pure milk. Thirdly you need to desire God, open your heart for God to come in and take whole. Desire the things of God.
Just decide that all the noise that people make about you become a fan, which fans you to take you to a higher level.
