Seven N.West Council Families Orphaned, Jailed for Communial Stamp Scam

The Rise & Dramatic Fall of the Mayors of Batibo, Mbengwi, Andeck, Njikwa, Ndop Babessi and Balikumbat all of the North West Region.
The Mayor arrest campaign that was launched by the Cameroonian Government which began in the North West Region last early July with the first arrest of the Mayor of Batobo Council Teno Lawrence followed by Mbengwi's Tah George, Andeck's, Agogo Johnny, and Njikwa's, has concluded her ruthless and no mercy campaign by finally arresting the Mayor of Ndop Council Ntoh Daniel Belingka, that of Babessi, Joseph and Wassum of Balikumbat who were granted bail by chance.
Mayor Ntoh Daniel & Babessi's was picked on Monday 27 August 2012 in the evening at their respective residence in Ndop and Babessi while Mayor Wassum of Balikumbat was caught  on the 28 of August 2012 at exactly 1PM at the American Embassy struggling for a Visa to the USA on invitation to attend a summit.
An unfortunate situation for them as government in her mission to discipline right from up down to the grass root those specialized in manipulating and misappropriating community and government funds is to further to the South Western and the other Ten Regions that make up the Republic of Cameroon.
The operation crack down all white collar thieves in and within Administrative circles, has brought in some order in the house.
For the past two months it was happening on the Mayor, DO's, SDO's, Delegates, Directors and Inspectors will follow.
See Continuation of story which will dwell deeply on the Scandalous and extravagant lives of these Mayors while in active service.
To Start FAKE Dr Ntoh Daniel and adventures with witch Doctors, wives, female staff , girlfriends and children, down to ruination, humiliation and public disgrace.

Celebrating 50th Anniversary at 51; “Many Opportunities Await S.Cameroon & SCNC this Oct 1ST”

The 1st of October 2012 offers a gigantic opportunity to the people of Southern Cameroons. If under the joint leadership of the liberation movements, our people massively attend the looming 51st Anniversary celebration and in the proper attire of independence T-shirt, this year’s celebration holds the potential to give our struggle the greatest single forward thrust ever, because no matter what might happen, we are bound to emerge victorious.
La Republic may again shy away:
It would be recalled how last year La Republic dodged from the celebration on flimsy excuses. From existing trends, there is the probability that they might also disappear this year, given that up till now, there is no preparation going on in Buea.
Specifically, the plan to construct a three star hotel worth 7 billion francs stopped a long time ago, when the place was bulldozed and the equipment was abandoned. Consequently, there will be no accommodation for International guests. According to recent media reports, the giant hotel construction is instead taking place in their Southern Region.
The historic event is barely 2 months away. So, even if these main projects and the host of the related minor ones were embarked upon now, there is no magic by which they could be completed within the few remaining months.
Furthermore, a new factor now makes it clearer that the event does not still command as much importance in the mind of the regime. If it did, as a matter of political common sense, they would have delayed the incarceration of Chief Ephraim Inoni until after the celebration.
Apart from being an Ex-Prime Minister, the facts of a popular Traditional Ruler and the Chairman of the organizing committee of the anticipated event, are enough prestigious ranks to have dismissed the slightest apprehension of his possible escape, such that he needs to be urgently confined at all cost.

It follows that to have simply brushed aside these considerations, rounded up such a political figure, and subjected him to a process of utter humiliation and disgrace, is a signal that the regime does no longer give a damn to the celebration.
This assessment is not unsound, considering other related manifestations The negligible popularity the regime pretended to enjoy in the South West has evaporated. The evidence is the current constant calling by the Chiefs of the Region for the unconditional release of their peer, or “there would be no Reunification celebration”.
There was also the unusual booing and jeering in Kumba of a stalwart of the Regime, Dr. Agbor Tabi, immediately following the arrest. The meaning of it is a rejection of his proposal to send the usual message of congratulation to Mr. Biya, whether or not he or someone else achieved something. Whereas ordinarily, it would have been unanimously adopted..
In light of the foregoing, the probability is that, despite the assurances, the Regime might not show up in Buea on the 1st of October 2012. If this forecast is correct, the absence would turn the celebration into a magnificent advantage for the people of Southern Cameroons.
First, the regime would have no further reasons to justify any third consecutive postponement. And that would prompt the International Community to re-examine the repeated absences, as an escape from the shame of a false Reunification.
Secondly, the Regime would be completely demoralized, to the extent of being unable to even secretly mention the Reunification idea any longer. They might as well as loose the moral force to conduct any arrest of our massive celebrants in decorated T-Shirts, with the message of:
“1st October 2012, 51st Independence Day, Of Southern Cameroon’s”
We would have once more carried the day, especially by creating for the struggle a wider new psychological and diplomatic horizon hitherto unimagined.
The slim possibility to still show up
In estimating what the Yaounde authorities may or not do on 1st October 2012, we must not forget that we are dealing with an unpredictable Regime which, in-spite of the above trend, can on the spur of the moment and without any prior preparation, still improvise the celebration of their Reunification dream.
Yet, that would not deprive us from winning. The Regime would only be further embarrassed, because their President would find himself making a speech on Reunification, while thousands of us are gathered at the same venue and simultaneously declaring the entirely different message of indisputable independence.
Worse still, media correspondents from the major international networks, equipped with UN documentary evidence, which we would have furnished in advance, would be on hand to confirm that the date in 1961 marked the UN – approved independence for the Southern Cameroons.
They might not spare confronting Mr. Biya personally or his closest Senior Aids, to clarify which is which – a Reunification or Independence. Once the Head of State is unable to answer, we would have won over the International Media, which would henceforth carry on the broader World-wide campaign for us.
Exposing the mismatch of Reunification to the string0 of unrelated historical dates of 1st January 1960, 1st October 1961, and 20th May 1972, is a duty we must accomplish, in order to portray the Regime as truly the unsurpassed World class inventor of human history. Indeed, Mr. Biya would have unconsciously placed himself in the adverse position to have to tell the world himself our own just side of the story.
There is, off course, the possibility that the frustration could cause the Regime to order our immediate arrest and torture, which should not frighten and deter our resolve. The regime would have flown from frying pan to fire, by instead increasing their problems. How disgraceful it is for a professed democratic Government to arrest a peaceful person under diplomatic view, who’s only presumed offence is for rightfully claiming their independence day at the occasion organized by the very Government.
A face – saving exit
In the circumstance, the Regime has only one honorable way out of the quagmire, which is by the outright recognition of 1st October as the Independence Day of Southern Cameroons. The option is easier, since the 1st January has already been commemorated twice as the corresponding independence date of the Republic of Cameroon.
The choice of such an option would imply the symbolic transferring back of the state of Southern Cameroons to the UN, for crowning with her delayed Sovereignty. Hopefully, the renovations being undertaken in Buea, of only the Prime Minister’s Lodge, the Mountain and Parliamentarian Hotels, of all that was supposed to be done for the event, is preparation to hand over just what was available in 1961.
In such an eventuality, the Francophone Republic, by being the primary actor, could at the close of 1st October 2012, be the first winner, while the Southern Cameroons would only be the second, by being the beneficiary.
Conclusion
There is no worthy advantage in the usual maneuvers to continue maintaining the annexation of Southern Cameroons.  It is impossible for an independent country to annex another, whom the two Cameroons are, and ironically both Ex-UN trust territories.
Bearing this in mind and the fact that there is no scientific mechanism under the sun by which two separately independent Countries can be fused into a “Unitary State” and justified by a nebulous Reunification, this 51st Independence Anniversary on 1st October 2012 offers a golden opportunity for the two Cameroons to proudly embrace the truth, in order to resolved their painful half a Century problem
Done in Bamenda this 10th Day of August 2012.
Long Live the SCNC and the other Liberation Movements
Long Live the Right to Self-determination
Long Live the would-be Separate Sovereign State of Southern Cameroons. The 1st of October 2012 offers a gigantic opportunity to the people of Southern Cameroons. Football Trophy of the Year; Social Solidarity Rekindled in Tubah through Sports

The Tangang’s Family in Bambui has successfully rekindled hopes in the dejected sports lovers of their community, consolidating through it, social solidarity in sport animation and leisure.
Without any strings attached, the Manger, ACC of St Louis Clinic and University Institute of Health Science and a charitable par excellence, via Family, seeing no better way than sports to unify fellow brothers of his during summer holidays and noticing that the pitch are veritable forums for real diversification, sensitization and distraction during vacations?
Took up for the first of its kind, in a grand style his own relay baton stick of cup or trophy donation in Bambui.
Dubbing it “Bambui Solidarity cup” which according to him is a combined effort of his fellow pees to ensure that this 2012 summer holiday does not pass unnoticed without sporting activities.
The “Rescue Mission” as he termed in his opening speech at the launch of the Trophy worth some hundreds of thousands at the St Peters Multipurpose sports complex, flanged left and right by all dignified officials of Tubah backed by the turn out and the décor planted together with the effervescence that played host of the scene, saw her finals played last Wednesday 15 August 2012 before the same ambiance and unique qualities with Mbiefie Football Club locking horns with Highlanders Football Club, just for Mbifie to carry and emerge victorious with one goal and Highlander’s the vanquished with Zero goal.
The act or largess, call it a symbolic cadaeu to the Bambui youths during summer holidays to thrill and evict them from idle evil effect atrocities is a commendable effort of the donor to the Traditional authorities and a big mockery to those who taught that without them, the community will be lacking during this long vacations in sporting activities. May God Bless the Giver

After Memvele, Lom Pangar’s 238 Billion Project Biya Braces up for Menchum

In accomplishment and fulfillment of the  grand chantier promises made to Cameroonians the very first days he was re-elected in 2011back  into office to re-pilot the affairs of the Cameroonian economy again.
The head of State President of the Republic of Cameroon Paul Biya haven’t done with the laying down of the Memvele and the Lom Pangar 238 Multi Billion foundation stone of the hydroelectricity projects, on the 3rd of August 2012.
Have two other very hot important files on his table which shall be visited immediately he steps feet’s down the Nsimalene airport after his brief sejour in Europe may be to constitute a new list of Cameroon government officials’ void of any Pro-Marafa’s regarded harmful to the regime in place.
The first will be the Menchum Dam Project in the North West Region which will entail harnessing energy resources from the fall to boast and subsidize electricity shortage in the Region and other parts of  Cameroon at alarge.
A project which tops rank in the Biya Major accomplishment project list this 2012 will surely give Biya a solid reason to revisit the North West Region again for the sixth time I think, after the last hectic one in December 10, 2010 for the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Cameroonian Armed forces day to lay the foundation stone of the project similarly.
The next stop inside Southern Cameroon will still be in Buea for the Celebration of the 50 Anniversary of Re-unification which shall be done when Biya must have finished with his appeasement, pacification and flattery program to Cameroonians with the intention to secure Cameroon’s everlasting peace, stability and enhance National integration through cajoling and diplomacy.
Looking at the Cameroonian Political landscape there is nothing much desired by the Biya Regime than peace, because honestly, citizens of Anglophone extraction are feed up with his rule policies, governance and government.
Biya also to stay long, has discovered so suddenly that there is no better way to cajole Cameroonians than confuse them with multiple launch of ongoing projects and messianic promises to clear him off any blame and over ride the reasonS of men for his favor.
Lom Pangar Funds the Hydroelectricity project is jointly funded by the Cameroonian government and five other donors, the first donor to fulfill their loan engagements were the ADB and the BDEAC that signed their loan agreement in Yaounde on January 18, 2012. Of the total amount of the loan, FCFA 53 Billion will be used to construct the Dam, toe plant and the 90 KV transmission line. Upon completion in 2014, the lom pangar project will gulp fcfa 238 billion. Of this amount, 62 billion is expected from the Cameroonian government which has already contributed 59.6 billion. The World bank has disbursed 66 billion while the African Development Bank is expected to chip in 33 billion FCFA and the Development Bank of central Africa will contribute 20 billion. The French development agency on its part will donate 39.3 billion and the European investment bank has contributed 19.7 billion. Worth noting, most of the loans have been procured through conventions signed with the government and the foreign economic partners.
The projects is being executed by the China water electric cooperation, upon completion, the project will have a reservoir capacity of 6 billion cubic meters of water and will increase the volume of the Sanaga river by 1000 cubic meters of water every second. This will greatly improve the production capacity of Edea and Song Lolou Dams by approximately 170 megawatts of energy.

All About Dr Lukong’s Stewardship at HTTTC UBa

Dr Lukong Kenneth remains a significant figure within the higher Educational circles in Cameroon, after studies in Nigeria, he furthered to Russia for Higher Educational Studies, worked in the University of Dschang where held several positions, later appointed as the Pioneer Director of HTTTC UBa a position he held for over five years and was last academic year appointed the Pioneer Director of ENSET Kumba as Director in charge of exams and studies. He is a dynamic, prolific Cameroonian vested with a sound knowledge in Political sciences and conflict resolution.

Security Information to the Presidency about UBa’s Enemies, Radars all arround

The University of Bamenda created in December 10, 2010, during Biya’s visit to the North West Region on the occasion of the celebration of Cameroon’s’ 50 anniversary of the armed forces day, which had known no peace since then, has started breeding in an air of relief given that most of the Machiavelli hands behinds all the manipulations here are beginning to surface thanks to Divine exposure and the government is not taking it lying down.
God being so kind and knowing the way he does his things for the interest of his children who are persecuted for nothing and only left to be vindicated by circumstances has work out a terrible miracle which is finally putting an end to all the witch-hunting exercise that had taken centre stage and held hostage the University of Bamenda to the point of stagnation, at the same time vindicating and proving right the actions of the VC Chancellor Prof Edokat Tafah Edward projecting him messianic today.
Which is very fortunate of him and was very unfortunate when all the varied misdemeanors characterized his very much smooth intended ways of running the University for the Love and joy of North Westerners was regarded bad.
All their works are in vein “once you toil in the Lord, as enemies of yours shall start seeing their doom at every one moment”.
Which is exactly what is so operational at UBa now, being the making of God, making all the reverse now true;
All about Prof Abety Peter’s Maneuvers, To site on the very first instance when the University of Bamenda was given to North West it is this same Prof Abety who claims to be advocate of no decentralization of Faculties as an elite who moved up to CRTV spraying and dissipating the good news of how lofty the idea of spreading out the Faculties was.  Today so soon and suddenly is now the Herald with deceit championing the course to no decentralization of Faculties, mobilizing forces and giving the whole show a CPDM Party coloration to the chagrin of SDF’s who see the University made and created for everybody.
In another instance Prof Abety because of gullible and selfish interest meeting with the waterloo of not being appointed Vice-Chancellor to UBa, choose to use the population and ignite rebellious catalyst harmful for the smooth running of the University, by so doing make the higher powers that be to see no favor or reason in what so ever Prof Tafah will be doing be it good.
As such embarked on a series of campaigns and ploy, the first was creating an umbrella organization (TUP3 Tubah Union for peace progress and prosperity) which will cover any rebellious exercise in the name of advocating for the people of Tubah host of UBa putting their heads under the same thinking cap while playing over their intelligence imposing his exigent selfish thoughts, since he is a man who wants everything to revolve and centre around him favorably.
His second mission agenda was to visit Yaounde to discredit Prof Tafah Edward Edokat before the higher authorities which hit the rock because all that which was levied against the VC was seen concocted by his detractors.
Picking up his second doom and noticing very well and truly that the VC was not advocating for any decentralization given that he has investments around Bambili that depends on the University being all in place, not wanting to be a looser, he tailored in another invisible idea meant to make profit by rating the cash value of the land allocated to the University by the four Fons of Tubah to be 50 Billion frs CFA this was over CRTV Bamenda. Which was later interpreted by government as already hasty demand for compensation, even when the Ministry is still struggling to cough out money for infrastructures and logistics. As a take on that, the VC responded to World Echoes that”we shall admit no land for any compensation what so ever coming from us by the way, the so call is talking like who? Like Somebody who gave the university a parcel of land? “I told him in his face to leave me manage the university as I think, and not go around inciting the public out rightly and unnecessarily”.
Not still feed up, disappointed with the maintenance of Prof Tafah Edokat in the last Ministerial Shake up, with impunity vows him no favor until that seat is left vacant for a Bambili or Bambui man.
These and many tied to all the wrangles associated to all the fates, has pushed the VC of UBa to put to the notice of the Presidency, the Ministry and the security what is in play and is in practice by his detractors. As we report radars and monitoring mechanism are all stationed  waiting to hold captive perpetrator and orchestrators of strike actions in and arround UBa.

Meet VC Prof Tafah Edokat Edward in an Executive Interview with World Echoes; UBa Making the Difference; Automobile Institute of Transport & Logistics Soon

Meeting with the astute Administrator, the genuine intellectual of high esteem and caliber, in the high profiled environment of the Chancellery this Reporter sharing from the effervescence that played host of the premise enjoying relative calm, and all back to normal after countless maneuvers by malicious individuals to wreck the smooth governing polices and principles of the Vice-Chancellor to the University of Bamenda to no avail.

On Going Projects
By the next academic year, the ongoing restaurant project under construction will be completed, the pedagogic block, the University Laboratory and the Administrative block that shall host 21 offices, not also forgetting terracing works which are on going to secure and carve out the University premise and land.
The long and short story of the one on one with the Vice-Chancellor to the Bamenda University reveals a lot about the astute qualities in the humble person of prof Tafah, who sees beyond the horizon for the university he manages and will not let any form of distraction avert his smooth, dedicated, focused and well oriented ways of reasoning for his University. As a challenge to other Cameroonian state universities, feasibility studies are been made to see the introduction of a twelfth school, which is the Institute of transport and logistic known to no university in Cameroon.

Transfer of Commandant Mey Heightens Insecurity in Ngoketunjia, Ndop Council’s 4th Deputy Mayor First Victim of the Under World attack

The long relative calm that Ngoketunjia Division, Ndop in particular enjoyed during the days of Commandant Abakar Mey Company Commander is gradually seeing no placement. As his absence is giving new and fresh impetus for the people of the under world to take back with their normal “copeur the Route” activities along the stretch of Sabga and go with. Penetrate the head quarters of Ngoketunjia, operate and go without trace.
This observation, goes without counter, as a week ago at the early hours of 6;30, 7;00 PM four gun men attacked the lone bakery in Ndop owned by the fourth Deputy Mayor of the Ndop Council Popularly known as Zangue Pius (Zamzam). The proprietor in an attempt to fight back, while alerting the security was fired on the neck. This gang did away with money and beverages only for the said in his pool of blood to be ferried to the hospital and is today no more. Zangue Pius (Zamzam) died last 16 August 2012 after receiving medical attention for over a week.
The death of the Number one prize winner of rice cultivation in Cameroon at the Ebolowa Agro-Pastoral show leaves and clouds the air about many uncertainties and varied interpretations. Some say it is because commandant Mey was transferred, others are of the opinion that he had scores to settle with prisoners hired to work in his varied rice farms, some say, the son has a hand and another half opined that he was not a straight man. Whether he was tall, short or small, doe not deny the fact that zamzam is death and insecurity in the Division taking another twixt and frequency. The mortal remains shall be laid to rest in his Division of origin in a month’s time in the Nde.

After 2 Years of Stagnation; Bar President Sama Poised to Reunify, Restore her lost Reputation & Credibility

The commitment was taken by the most learned Barrister Sama Francis Asanga of Sama Chambers Bamenda before home based and international Press organs at his office conference hall in a press conference delivered a day after his crushing and exciting victory with three rivals up front in the last Bar AGM of 12 August 2012.
Barrister Sama Francis Asanga emerging victor of the long and most await elections of the Bar assembly for powers to change hands has attracted the attention of every kin and kind, most loved and celebrated, the distinguished Sama of all is the sing song of every deliberation table.
Sama known reputed to be a fire brand Barrister and with countless success achievements before, together with the fact that he has been SDF’s Private Lawyer and Special adviser leaves nobody with disappointment of his appointment, rather hope is seen, essence glaring, the future very bright and the sky normally the limit for the Bar Association in Cameroon, before national and international challenging situations.
His coming as most of whom we contacted, is an era for the Bar to take a new twixt, new frequency, follow a new ordinance, re-enhance and tailor Law based oriented activities to give more meaning and credibility to the corp. it is obvious that for over some two years now, there have been some existing wrangles within the Bar, with those practicing and the state. That not with standing, time being the true test of assessment and ability has brought in a young energetic, charismatic and buoyant Advocate to the service and rescue of the Bar’s Ship which was at the point of wreck.
