The declaration and plan of action for 2016 was made Known on the 26th of October 2015 two days after the grand launching of the Party (Cameroon National Democratic Party CNDP) in pomp and fanfare at its National Head Quarter base Bamenda to National and international Press organs that were invited officially by Prof. Muluh Pen George National Chairman who doubles as African heads of States adviser, professor of global economy and global constitution, Municipal and Presidential Election expert, Finance expert and Telepathic Specialist, CEO, Pen Pan Pacific Sports Academy, CEO Penn Pan Pacific Motor Battery Plant, and the CEO of Penn Pan Pacific Hotel Small Mankon Bamenda.
CNDP, a political party authenticated by decision NO 1\40\D\MINAT created with special focus to breed forth new policies, orientations and legal instrument to change the Cameroonian Political, economic, and socio-cultural situation according to its founder and national chairman, will or shall “affix in the minds of all Cameroonians the yearning love and the unquenchable desire for the party of change” through his mass mobilization and awareness campaign this 2016 Nationally and internationally.
The party, this psycho-social expert explained to the press was created:
-To free Cameroon from a prolonged economic recession since 1982.
-To structure the banking system and create more job opportunities to the youths.
-To strengthen the OHADA law and link Cameroon to off shore banking system, attract foreign investors leading to full employment.
-To fight women’s right and gender equality
-To promote peace and economic development and unite Cameroon to be one and indivisible.
-To manage comprehensively the fund flow statement of Cameroon economy, whereby we key leakages
-Pr. Penn Muluh George the CNDP national President, an Economic person to balance the Cameroonian economy with unshakable zion formula: wanton decision, wanton action, wanton risk and wanton reaction.
-To structure the complete monitory system of a Cameroonian economy by creating a foreign transaction department
According to the Telepathic Specialist imbued with qualities and abilities that have no march in Cameroon, his advent in the Cameroonian political scene will change great things at all level.

-Free access to medical Schools for qualified candidates.
-Health Insurance for all.
In the Judiciary and defense sector,
-Empower and make the judiciary really independent.
-Train more Cameroonian youths in peace keeping, nation building and defense.
-Professionalize the defense force.
-In the Socio\Geo-Politics,
-Empower Women Economically.
-Encourage women to get involve in politics.
-Instill patriotism and intensify civic education in our youths,
-Modernize our agricultural system.
-Guard against environmental degradation and abusive destruction of our forest.
-Create agricultural banks.
-Economically and financially empower Cameroonian living with a disability.
-Work with political groups and implements good political decision.
In a brief pictured resume, was how the international traveler with world experience put forward, to the press as his vision manifest for Cameroonians and Cameroon.
In an Unarguable manner and with all firm conviction did this great business magnet from Bamenda put across his ideas through to the Press, hear him, “I am available and disposed at all times to face who so ever and answer any question or worries of a political analyst, critic or authority be it challenging”. 
According to him, “the advent of  CNDP is a new don in the political history of Cameroon which was just waiting for the right person at the right time to take its course and lead Cameroon to the promised land”

Big Lottery UK Donates 160 Millions frs for the Training of Vulnerable Farmers by Reignite NGO



The 160 Million worth “Ngong Project” for the Training of Bambui Vulnerable Farmers for Tomorrow Launched at Last



 



By the Governor of the North West Region and constituted corp, before the British High commissioner represented and the director\founder of reignite action for development NGO Dr Mariana Matoso on the 27th of October 2015 at the National Polytechnic Agricultural training centre in pomp and fanfare.  
The 100s of million project worth happens to be the biggest Grass root community based expert training and skills impartation project financed by, or given to local communities by the UK government for the training of over 680 farmers and most especially the vulnerable and the most disabled sets in the Tubah Community. The project lottery funded by the UK government through her prestigious funding body after thorough examination of the “NGONG” community training project aimed at training Bambui farmers of tomorrow to meet the expectations of changing farming needs in the phase of evolution will run for two years. This projects which is also there to improve the livelihood of these underprivileged, will go a long way to improve standards, mechanize agriculture, vulgarize farming, process perishable food stuffs, produce storage mechanism to conserve harvests, improve yields and meet the needs of increasing mouths to feed with the advent of the University of Bamenda and the Population explosion in the North West Region of Cameroon. Reignite action for Development who since 2011 open research in the Tubah Community of the North West Region shall be the project executors with other North West grass root development authorities like GP-DERUDEP, IRAD, with facilitators from IRAD and National Polytechnic Bamenda etc. since conception, feasibility studies and project mounting was done by them and submitted as a proposal which was later funded by the Big Lottery Fund program. They shall from time to time render account to the UK government since Big lottery funds are British people’s tax payers monies allocated to help needy communities in developing countries.

Germans Launch Sustainable Dev’t Projects for the Elderly in Cameroon; German Charity Association Donates Eye Care Centre, Finance First Agricultural Extension Project



 






The German Association Seniorenhilfe Kamerun e.V dubbed Help the Cameroonian Seniors, created some four years back by Dr Alfred Holffman and other charitable Germans, made known their lofty intension of running or sponsoring multiple projects for the elderly in 2013 when they lastly visited Cameroon with exclusive cooperation with RECEWAPEC, that is the Regional Centre for the Welfare of Ageing Persons in Cameroon.
Their second coming this 20th of October 2015 for a long week of activities in Cameroon marks the beginning of the full launching, functioning, financing and sponsoring of some projects while having series of sessions to plan for the full scale operation of the eye care centre by January 2016.
Swinging into action, these old German charitable three in number, Martins, Michael and Alfred Hoffman delegated by the German board based charity out to help the old in Cameroon, have chosen first to start with the health sector which has to do with the creation of an eye care centre costing hundreds of millions to fight eye catarah which predominantly affects old person. Agriculture happens to be another highly targeted sector most especially stress free and money for making farming activities which will be subsidized by this charity.
Creating the eye care centre first to them (the German) will be of much help to Cameroonian elderly person, from the centre income will be generated to subsidize and finance the sustainable de






velopment works of RECEWAPEC chief pilot of old people’s affairs and partner to the German Association according to a memorandum of understanding signed between two parties.
These Germans who arrived on the 20th of October 2015, on the 22nd of October 2015 in an enlarge board meeting with RECEWAPEC BODs, disclosed that they are at 98% done with the collection of all items needed for the full functioning and operation of the eye care centre and that shipping arrangements will be made immediately they reach Germany by the 30rd of this month. The centre was rated to cost 100s of millions with base in Bambui Tubah Sub-Division. The centre is also to have six permanent staff, the eye care centre manager\Administrator, an optician, an optic nurse, cashier, receptionist etc and will function fully by 2016
The help the Cameroonian senior into fuller actions financed a large giant extensive agricultural potatoes farm project in Bui Division, handed to the Rovita community supervised by RECEWAPEC that was on the 24th of October 2015. To Alfred Hoffman, these old people loaded needy communities can only be freed from poverty if and only if community venture projects are financed for them to farm at ease and harvest abundantly for sell to socially keep themselves fit and why not take care of their bills.
RECEWAPEC is mandated with the responsibility to control and supervise the project that will last for over 10 years and feedback donors so that subsequently other projects out of the potatoes farm project will be born.
Giving them the money at Rovita, Alfred Hoffman and delegation remarked that, that they the Germans have come to stay and are ready to help Cameroonian seniors if they collaborate and make proper use of the money donated for the project. They also disclosed that they are ready to finance projects in any number if and only if there will be accountability, and also adding that the eye care center will also generate money for the refinancing of other project to needy old person.
The Germans also used the working visit to Cameroon in connection to development to visit the touristic attraction of the Bafut Palace and her robust museum with all its fineries, mask, carving and statues.
