Daily targeted and masterminded Killings of late in Anglophone Cameroon, crisis hit Regions of the ongoing deepening liberation war of Independence, have made Regional headquarters “NO GO ZONES”.

We are reporting here of Buea and Bamenda which are the Administrative headquarters of the South West and the North West Regions, talk more of the Divisions, Sub-Divisions and villages in the suburbs which are usually hid out for the separatist fighters who carry out the “Guerrilla war daily, that is, the hit and run surprised attacks”.

Ten years now running of the growing in propensity Anglophone liberation war, with a death toll of over 6500 according to Newswatch, the situation have worsened this last two months of June and July as a day does not pass without a major death incident or gruesome murder recorded.

Daily records of late in the news, outlines the serial killing of  most especially youths, business operators, women, old persons and children directly or indirectly involved in the ongoing crisis.

The cases of; Clifford  Azanui a Teacher shot death at St. Louis Junction, another Clifford a Businessman killed at Sabga, Gerald a tomatoes seller gruesomely murdered , Elvis shot in his bar at Bali, Acho Desmond a biker killed at close range in New layout quarter, Florence killed and dumped around Apostolic Junction, 10 year old girl killed at Sabga after gun men open fire on a public transport vehicle etc, are glaring evidence of the fact that life is no longer safe in Anglophone Cameroon.

All of these killings and death reports, it must be noted have made life unbearable and the  security challenges to citizens very demanding.

Adding to this precarious security situation, government crack down mission or military operation to fish out run away activists abroad Known for sponsoring or having a hand in the rebellion have sparked a lot of helter-skelter running for dear lives.

In a recent security outing statement to the press, in Buea after a crisis security meeting which played host at MINEPAT Conference hall on the 19th of July, government listed out names of Anglophones Cameroonian Known for shady deals, aiding and abetting in the crisis to name amongst Leaders, Dr Sako, Dr. Cho Ayaba, Chris Anu, Ebenzard Akwanga Eric Tataw. Elangwe Manasseh Manje,      Dr. Tapang Ivo, Mariana, Mack Bareta, Succes Kongo, Ayamba, John Mba Akuro, etc.

These persons amongst others according to government have contributed enormously in rendering the English speaking part of Anglophone Cameroon ungovernable all in the name of fighting for secession and sovereign rights.

A fact and ground work reality which has caused the death of many uniform Officers and civilians in cross fire exchange and acts of kidnapping for ransom.

The scenario in all demands prompt and fast intervention from the international community or Africa, should in no time expect another Genocide in the 21st century from Cameroon. Affair a suivre….
