"SDF Burried at 30"

No sound reasoning mind will deny the fact that the Social Democratic Front, (SDF) one time Cameroon's Leading opposition political party, the architect of Cameroon's fundamental rights to liberty and democracy in the early 90s is burried for good.

It is unfortunate, but the facts are there you will bear with this Reporter. That after the April 2013 Senatorial election in Cameroon, the one time limping SDF went back to it kneels crawling like a child, only to suffer final stroke with the Advent of the Anglophone war of Independence in 2016 that chased SDF completely from the political scene. 

The rising popularity of Kamto's MRC after the 2018 Presidential election has and is continuing to posse as  another major source of threat to the one time vibrant Cameroon's liberation Party. 

The crumbling health situation of NI John Fru Ndi the National chairman of the party, plus his absence on the political scene has created a great  vaccum within his party circles most especially as some of his "Eye Servants" disserted and abandon party activities immidiately after they noticed his absence and falling popularity.

COVID-19 to an extent is contributing in burrying all SDF party activities and justifying the gullible behaviors of some of it's "run away MPs,  and Senators,  who are now taking advantage of the  law prohibiting people from regrouping, in strict respect of  the rules on social distancing as a pretext not to exercise party duties.

If it is not the case, why has this particular day in the history of the party gone solo in Cameroon? SDF was given birth to on the 26th of May 1990, and today marks her 30th birthday after it's silver jubilee which was celeberated all over the national territory in pomp and fanfare. 

To put it straight, where SDF is, she is beyond repairs and no longer taken serious by sound critical minds who now suppose the Party to be a wing of the ruling party the CPDM.

Nemesis has caught SDF and from all indication it is time for some party officials to pay back in the very coins they duped and manipulated the population with.

"SDF is Gone, whether we like it or not at 30, a ripe age. Let's stop pretending".
