Deepening Anglophone Crisis Part X: So Far How Many Guns have Been Seized, Amba Over Powering Military?

The pockets of resistance from all indication recently is going out of hands and growing into full proportion. Of recent times the depending Anglophone liberation war of independence or better still separatists illicit acts to restore nationhood has recorded a lot of casualties both in the military and the Amba camps respectively.

The sporadic hit operations carried out by the separatists forces of late, you can bear with this Reporter have been very instrumental and has taken the lives of many agile Cameroonian military. We are talking of the Galim  Bamali, Lasin and Ndop raids by General “No Pity” and the recent attacks effected in kom, Bali and the South West Region at Large. In all of these suicide attacks or raids, the said restorations forces have harvested quite a good number of AK47s until General No Pity is now carrying around a “Chain cutter” . What a frightening and horrible situation.

The of late suicide acts of rebellion of the said forces is now playing motivation for other groups who have taken upon themselves to carry out serial attacks on Police post, gendarmerie Brigarde, mix military control check points and arm reserved stores.

The result is total fear and confusion as the war rages on to the detriment of the common man and innocent souls perishing daily.

For how long will these hit, kill and carry operations continue? The number of guns now in the hands of civilians leaves the present situation precarious and full of tension.

Is government not in the know? Why are they silent? Where are we heading to ? Threats, tension left and right? Who should be held accountable? For how long will this last are the one billion questions parading the minds of the common man as they live at the mercy of stray bullets from cross fire at any time.

The amount of guns now in the hands of those boys leaves a lot to question and doubt how soon the war will end, who is winning and who will win the war.

Immediate emergency actions are needed as the separatists force in their hide outs close up to town with multiplied arms in their keeping. Which is what is exactly giving them courage to exceedingly go beyond.

In Anglophone Cameroon you will bear with this Reporter  that  almost every body is afraid of his own shadow. The time for government to change strategy or look for another option is now or continue burying his forces who are now helpless in the hands of these armed groups they are fighting unidentified,. As the hide in the crowd, using the same people as informants to attack and carry.

The improvised explosives by the same gang is further aggravating or making worst of the situation and impedes military penetration into their hide outs with or without amor cars.

Why and why has it suddenly become this way? Cameroonians still have a long way to go about this. What is the way forward, North West and South West Regions to be frank are fast growing ungovernable…God have mercy!
