✓Meeting Between President Vladimir Putin and Paul Biya

The two leaders met on Thursday the 27^th of July 2023 at Saint-Petersburg in Russia within the framework of the second Russia-Africa summit. Vladimir Poutine and Paul Biya, in the Presence of the first lady of Cameroon Chantal Biya , they both spoke about their bilateral relationship and sort means on how to strengthen relations between their two countries.
