to Reign, they Should Sink all their Differences and Neutralize all the Camps to let Love Lead
- The
Clash and Confrontations have long Overdue and the NIVERQUEEN to it is PEACE and
RECONCILIATION
The
battle and open confrontations between both brothers for years has reached the
apex and may soon go metaphysical, I repeat.
Why
is this Reporter saying so or meddling in an affair that has gone rift and beyond
remedy between both parties for over 20 years?
Because
I am seeing blood and the hands of the devil in all what is going on at a higher
level between both parties and many have taken advantage of the situation to be
feeding fat out of it.
That
is why the flames of the matter will not settle because there are ready agents or
forces stationed to fan the crisis between both parties out of proportion at any
level. That is why at every given moment when the evens or a deadlock is about
to be reached, something erupts from no where to dismantle.
This
article I must confess is provoked, by a
post I read from the time line of Chief Bajon's Facebook page two days ago
venting anger on the ever existing problem between him and the Fon of Babungo fueled
by detractors.
Enemies
are at work and at the same time blinding the minds and imaginations of both
parties from coming to reason or seeing facts as they appear in their real colors
and shape. Imagine how much time, (we are talking of almost twenty (20) years here)
and money has been spent by the duo to each pronounce his or make known their stands,
positions and authority to people who have little or no say to the ancestral
wellbeing of the kingdom.
Let’s
have it right here, tradition, ritual rites and succession in pure African
tradition has nothing to do with government infrinchment. Administration only
endorses what is established by traditional institutions instituted by the ancestors
and the people.
Coming
to elites, they are there to accompany traditional institutions to meet the
expectations of the ancestors and the gods of the land. They are there to source
for and bring development in the village, not fanning the flames of discord amongst
kingmakers and those in Command (ies the 1st and 2nd in Command in the Babungo
Fondum). If you look deep into the matter, you will be marveled and embarrassed
to hear of some big names in the village bank rolling the crisis who will on no
occasion spare a frank for the welfare of the Fondom or kingdom.
Coming
to the common man in the village they are fast at drawing conclusions once they
gang up with a particular camp having hidden motives in the matter and will
stop at nothing to spread the rumor fanning chaos and confusion.
Coming
to the outsider, he who has authority in the matter or not, puts his or her personal
interest first in a situation where either parties come to seek their advice or
consent on the matter.
Tell
me how the seed of discord will not be magnified in every given situation to
meet selfish ends, when they come knocking.
The
tug of war between Fon Zofoa III and Chief Bajon Bihai III has gone through all
dimensions and has dragged on for long. The amount of dirty linens both parties
have washed in public is terrible and horrifying. What has each party not said
about each other or attempted about the other. The problem is above witch
hunting for all those who know the crooks of the matter.
It is
now a different ball game all together, we should leave out the blame game and look out for ways forward.
It
is high Time demon fowlers have their hands off the traditional and chieftaincy
Crisis in Babungo for peace to reign between Fon Zofoa III and Bajon III They
have both wounded each other but it is not too late to sink their differences and
make amend. Pride should be kept aside and shame buried to ask for forgiveness.
Biya was Fru Ndi’s Arch enemy in the early 90s
but when they met in Bamenda in 2010 during the cenqantenaire the flames of
discord was quenched and today they are now strategizing on how to fight their
common enemy who have chased Fru Ndi his one time very strong and vibrant political party from his abbot in
Ntarikon.
Mbe,
Ba'ah there is nothing wrong trying, put your enemies to shame. Detractors, the
Press, Social Media and false mediators will not solve the problems as long as
they make of your problem a farm to keep harvesting from.
My
humble appeal as a Press Man from the North West who values the might and
strength of traditional institutions is, let there be peace, let love lead. Shame
the devil and be one, strong and united in the Lord. I know the will is there but
the circumstances are so tempting. But I am saying that, the Devil is a liar and it shall
be well. In Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.
